I was just trying to root my huawei p8 but its not working..
1> bootloader was successfully unlocked.
2> recovery was successfully flashed by adb fastboot
But after this when I was trying to enter in recovery mobile stuck at bootloader logo.
Now what can I do??
And I also forget admin password also there is no option to reset device..
Please guys help me..
But mobile working fine just sruck at logo when try open recovery

I just got Huawei P8 and it is quite bricked..
Seller said that has been flashed wrong kernel..
Now fastboot bootloader says phone is unlocked but it is not so I cannot flash anything..
There is no any ROM nor recovery installed..
Phone boots to logo then restarts and boots to rescue mode ..
There is still posible to bot in fastboot but cant do anything as cmd says "not allowed"
Huawei provides kernel file which has over 150MB and file is in "tar" so same as samsungs files..
Do you think guys I could fix this huawei p8 phone with odin ?

Hello, did you found a solution ? i have the same issue...
No, odin is only for Samsung devices. Try running cmd ad admin and then running fastboot oem unlock or fastboot oem-unlock.

my Honor 8 FRD-l09 runing android 7. unlocked and rooted and install TWRP recovery.
I'm install unoficiall TWRP 3.0.3 and see fail to reboot recovery.
try to install TWRP 3.0.2 again , its installed but stail cant reboot recovery.
try to install officiall recovery , its installed and but see same results.
for many lag in runing apps decide factory reset my phone . but device cant boot and show honor logo.
boot into fastboot and try install boot.img , recovery.img, system.img but get error fail" command not allowed" how i can to do now ???

I guess your bootloader is lock again thats why flashing img failed. Unlocked it back than try again with those images.
dear i cant do anything in fastboot , bcs give me an error " command not allowed " i dont know how i can fixed this and for now my phone is bootloop.

start with unlock bootloader and unlock frp
install twerp but it didnt work now my phone without recovery mode
try to lock frp and bootload now mate 8 need format but no recovery mode now no turn on no fastboot no recovery no (wol+ wol- &power button) no force update with dload huawei stock logo only

Hi
First u have to unlock bootloader , power off and same time connect with pc while pressing volume down
Use huawei extractor to get stock recovery.img
Fastboot recovery.img
Then u will have recovery and u can dload
I recently unlocked bootloader on my phone successfully and flash twrp recovery which is also successfully installed using ADB.
But when I want to enter into recovery or boot it always show only one screen fastboot verify ok..
When I restart it says orange mode your phone has been unlocked .
I can use my mobile but could not enter into twrp recovery or boot. Plz help I am in stress
