I will be picking up my S4 today at my local verizon store.
Im getting the otterbox defender for it. However because its a friday and memorial day weekend the shipping will be delayed if I buy online. Since I just shelled out $700 for it I want a case sooner than later.
Just wanted to see if anyone has found one in-store anywhere like the verizon store, walmart etc... Help me narrow down my hunt.
Best I could find was radioshack says they have them in-stock in my local store
I only found a pink defender. I just bought a black commuter series for now.
We have black and pink in my Verizon store which all corporate stores should have the same stuff.
BestBuy and ATT corporate stores had black in my area.
Verizon had a commuter, and defender in my store. Also had the "woods" version

I was able to find one at walmart. Verizon store only had neon pink for some reason.
just picked one up at radioshack in mountain view CA.

my best buy had a black one in stock. i just ordered the redneck orange camo case.
I got my S4 on Thursday and my roommate works at Verizon so he was able to get me a defender for his price ($32 after discount). I ended up paying $20 for it because he owed me money for groceries.
I also purchased a front + back Zagg Inivsishield, because those products are AWESOME, but I think it's redundant to have a defender case & zagg shield. I may either return the otterbox and use a commuter, or just cut out the plastic cover on the defender.

I did that for my i5 defender and popped the protector off, it worked great and felt so much better.

Does the screen pop off pretty easily? I've noticed it holds the finger grease pretty badly and its driving me nuts. I want to use my Zagg shield on it.
It's incredibly easy to pull off, no cutting even needed. Just go inside the case and peel up the edge of the screen protector and it should come up really easily with no damage done to the case. I use my otterbox defender with a spigen glastr it's perfect.

Should take roughly 10days. I'm from Singapore and ordered it from their site. Delivery free and no other charges. Not sure about your country.
i wanted this case(which was on sale last week) and went to order it and it was gone showing unavailable on amazon. it seems to be a upgraded metal version of the spigen neo hybrid. im assuming that spigen came after them for design. any inside on where i could get one. im too new to post the link but search verus iron shield note 4
Hopefully they are fixing the design so it doesn't interfere with reception.

Yea i was worried about those who preordered cause i almost did. We will see i guess.
but if in this case we didn't have signal problem?
It can cause signal problems, i have been in contact with them after i ordered it. Will email them now, to ask why they removed it from amazon.
I( went ahead and just cancelled my order, and ordered a Spigen Neo Hybrid. Very similar, and they are in stock. I hate leaving my phone naked without some protection.
The reply i got:
"Yes, we are having some systematic issues right now but hopefully it should be fixed soon."
I don't know what they mean with systematic to be honest

i owned a neo hybrid for my note 3 and now want a metal build because on the spigen the paint on the rim chipped a lot and the rim even cracked near the power button. i think the metal will hold up a bit better(if i can ever buy one)

Just figured that I would let everyone know that my Verus Iron Shield that I ordered from Amazon just shipped with an expected delivery in 5-7 days. Sold by CITIEMOBILE. I e-mailed Verus yesterday to ask about the availability of the Iron Shield for our phones and why their website is showing no products. Haven't received a reply yet.

Verus-USA refers to the distribution channel. Support is still based out of Korea.
Received a notice from Amazon that my titanium silver Iron Shield case shipped today (sold by Verus USA) with an expected date of Oct 17 - Oct 21.

I'm must wondering if anyone has been in Best Buy and if they have put the cases out yet to sell and other accessories? sams has the S8 Defender for sale on the shelves in my area.
However the Best Buy website isn't that accurate because a lot of times they say a case isn't in stock for a certain phone but they have a bunch of them out
