[Q] how to update 4.4.3

Can someone please instruct me on how to update my firmware. I'm lost...I'm S-off, rooted, running custom Rom. I've tried updating stock ruu through h boot and it just sits there. Any help is appreciated.

Put it on the root of your external SD card. Rename it 0P6BIMG.zip. Reboot to bootloader. Click on hboot...it'll install.
This is the easiest way.

First off, thanks so much for replying. I did try this and while in hboot it does install but when I go to about phone it still says I'm in 4.2

OK so your build will still be 4.2 that's the ROM you are on not the firmware. Your looking for this baseband version and if yours matches mine your updated!

You will have to update your ROM separate from the firmware if that's what u choose.

I'm sorry, I'm still confused. I just got an HTC after years of Moto and its confusing.
Firstly, should I update the baseband first? Secondly, OP asked for the 4.4.3 update and your instructions on that weren't clear. How can I keep s-off and twrp while updating to 4.4.3?

[Q] Can't get back to stock LG D800

I tried installing the lollipop 5.0 ota update for the Lg g2. Something happened and my phone completely stopped working, then i checked another forum and installed twrp on it. After that i could access twrp recovery, if i didnt hold the power and volume down button when it starts up i would get stuck at the boot logo. I tried to enter download mode to flash lg stock, but when i entered download mode it wouldnt get far. it would get stuck loading (picture atached). My lg d800 is rooted using lg stock rom.

No, because i want to continue with the lg stock and ive been reluctant to do so because download mode isnt working properly

yeah, but i also dont know how to get the rom on my phone because it doesnt have an sd slot and i already tried that method but my download mode wont work

I have heard that could use otg in recovery.so do you have an otg cable to use an usbstick to transfer data?

yes i do but i have no idea how to flash the rom from the usb drive. i dont know where the usb drive files are located.

Thanks for trying to help but i couldnt find the /storage path in all of the file browsers

Sry, wrong folder for some devices, try /sdcard/usbstorage

I can find /sys and /system but no /storage. It isn't in /sdcard either. There is an external sd card folder but that is empty. Thanks for trying to help. I have tried all the methods i could find on the internet like adb sideload and download mode, ive taken it to the att store and called lg, but none of them work. I cant mount the flash drive either.

I'm not in the same boat as the OP. I simply want to flash back to stock from rooted 4.4.2, D80020y. The problem is I'm on Cricket, not AT&T (with an unlocked AT&T G2). The files in that link are pretty old systems, so I'm afraid if I flash back to that I won't be able to OTA back up to 20y. So far I haven't been able to OTA to Lollipop, so I'm assuming I simply won't get AT&T OTA's with a Cricket SIM.

Need an Expert to find a soloutions

I formated my honor 6X throw TWRP and now I can't boot my device. I tried many solutions to install the ROM but I can't I tried trhow PC and TWRP. I download the ROM and put it in sd card but also I fail.
Can anybody tell me how to install it ? Even the official program from huwawei HiSuite don't have the last ROM to install the ROM

Really don't know what are you alking about but I just need to install a new ROM any kind of ROM

Just use firmware finder on play store
Obviously need diff Android device to download then just copy download.app to sd and flash only reason asked what build was if on N you wont be able to roll back to mm as no rollback for your variant so will be stuck on N as latest MM wont work now

Have you tried *#*#2846579#*#* I always find it better if flashing full rom had fails using vol+ vol - power ,

Hi, are you trying to flash a new rom with 3 button method ? If you don't try it, create a new folder in root of external sd card and name it dload, download and place in this firmware http://update.hicloud.com:8180/TDS/data/files/p3/s15/G1277/g104/v75593/f1/full/update.zip it's MM version for your phone and after that turn on your phone with plug in the 3 button. If it don't power on after installation of firmware do the same with this firmware http://update.hicloud.com:8180/TDS/data/files/p3/s15/G1279/g104/v76205/f1/full/update.zip it's Nougat version

Ok, so i flashed this one while waiting anyways, no dice. Phone reports "Cant update software - There was an unexpected error and the file system may be corrupted. Please contact HTC support for further assistance"

Hey, thanks for reaching out. No, I dont. I found a proper full RUU for my model, so its all back to stock, its been handed over to mum already, and I've migrated to the U11 forum!

Have you tried deleting everything and then installing fresh rom
