I would like to present my application: BlockIT - Call Blocker.

BlockIT is an application designed to block unwanted phone calls, providing a wide range of features including different blocking modes.
Features:
- Add phone numbers to the blacklist
- Block unknown and private numbers
- Every blocked call is stored in history along with a time-stamp
- Easy to use, lightweight, simplistic user interface
- Notification when a call has been blocked (can be disabled)

Works just fine, I'm using it for some irritating private calls I get.

How to block a call with this method: answer, hang up... By this way block calls can't leave messages...

I'm going to take a look into it. I'm testing on stock 6.0.1 and seems to be working. Did you set the blocking mode to block list in settings? By default it's not blocking any call.
The next update will most likely include a white-list feature along with some other fixes.

Yes but still not working.
My phone is dual sim maybe that's the prblm
Is there a way to back up my blocked list? I'd like to use this to block all the spam calls I get , there are constantly coming from different numbers. ..maybe way to back it up through google drive?

This App will read your notifications by voice and some times it will let you to answer them.

Now with automatic activation. Pair your device by Bluetooth and after that use menu options go set the device that where is detected, you want to enable this App.
You can use Tasker or other App in order to enable or disable Voice for Notifications Pro creating a Intent Broadcast Task with this actions:

Now with automatically enabled/disabled by detecting Bluetooth devices.
Look for it at App menu. If so, the App will adjust your media volume to maximum or medium if it's enabled or not.
Soon a new release with new features...
Version 1.2.0 released!
- Now you can enable it only if you have your headphones plugged-in
- Now if your device is playing music, this will down the volume in order to quit noises.

If you are looking for a strong, FREE, lightweight and easy application for an unwanted call blocking and message spam filter, this application best fits you.
You can both blocks calls and SMS or only calls or only SMS, whatever you want. And you can also set a blocking schedule for an individual contact if you just want to block this contact for a specific time.
You can either block any number from mobile contact, calls log, messages log or add unwanted number manually.
Unwanted number in blacklist is blocked silently without bothering you. But don’t worry, all blocked calls and SMS is save in a log; so you can never to worry about losing any helpful calls and SMS.

Thank you for your nice app, however if you can modify a bit funtion at schedule block like as below:
If I want to block a number which will call me:
_Allow by time from 18h to 23h in Monday and Tuesday
_Block all by time from 0h to 23h59 for all days of week!

The app "SMS Encryption" may be used for sending/receiving encrypted messages. This app uses the algorithm AES for encryption, AES is strong and secure algorithm. Private SMS will be encrypted on the sender side and it may be read by the receiver only if key is known.
Advantages of this app:
- this application uses algorithm of encryption which is federal government standard. AES is included in the ISO/IEC 18033-3 standard.
- private messages will be protected by a secret key
- you can use different keys for the different secret messages
- this SMS messenger allows to create private chat in real time with another person
- text of secure SMS is always encrypted even during sending
- encrypted SMS protect your private life
- blacklist which blocks SMS spam
Known limitations:
- Encrypted text may be bigger than the original one. A number of messages must be displayed in the right bottom corner of a screen.

yes, if you send encrypted SMS. However this messenger allows to send unprotected text for a people who do not use it.

Hi, no it doesn't. I didn't do this feature because in some cases it can block regular number which is not blacklisted
The application allows you to set the ringtones of calls and SMS to Dual SIM phones for each SIM separately. It is possible to configure exceptions for numbers from contacts.
DualSimRinger allows you to set the following parameters for each SIM card:
- Ringtone of call
- Melody of SMS and MMS messages
- Call and SMS volume
The program has important settings: call mode and SMS mode. Try changing these settings if the default values are not suitable for your phone.
For the correct operation of SMS melodies in the SMS Mode 0, you must set the ringtone to "Default" in the settings of the application for sending SMS.

Yes, check your phone settings if this does not happen.
Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesnt' work at all, sometimes sim 1 ringtone rings with incoming calls on sim 2 and viceverza. Any comments?

Unfortunately this program does not work on all phones and I cannot fix it. You can try changing the call mode in the settings. Also make sure the app is added to power saving exclusions.
