first time I'm writing to a forum like this. Sorry for my bad English. If its wrong that I opened a new thread i'm sorry, you can just delete it. I wasn't experienced with root etc but I wanted to give it a try, so I read many sites and saw some videos... so I rooted my d605 yesterday ( after many hours of trying to learn of how to). Then I download some apps like supersu, greenify, rom manager etc... today, about 5 hours ago I tried to learn how to go into cwm recovery v3 and finally I made it via adb... so I had to search for a good custom rom to put into my phone... but for some reason ( I don't know why I wanted to do this) I updated my phone to KitKat because I had downgraded to JB in order to root it... after the download of the KitKat had completed my phone restarted by I got into bootloop....I wiped cache and search into sites in order to fix it but I couldn't... after several minutes I found an exitrecovery.zip and finally I got myself out of bootloop....by now my phone is dead...I was so desperate to find a solution to bootloop but I don't know what else to do.... it doesn't turn on or smth... if I connect it to my pc via usb it is readen as QHSUSB_DLOAD.... thanks in advance for any advice that you might give me... sorry again for my bad English

Thank you. After doing a lot of digging and a couple weeks I got CMW to work. Seems that my phone is a chopped up version of another.

Hello guys, i need little help with my phone, so here is what happened: Two days ago i tried to turn on my phone, it started booting but the cycle repeated again and again so I got in recovery and wiped data/catche, but that didn`t helped. I thought that if i change the rom maybe I can fix the problem so I downloaded my rom from needrom (there were 2 roms for my device) and started flashing with Flash tool. I downloaded the first rom to my phone and tried to turn the phone on but nothing happened.. I downloaded the second rom and it worked, the phone booted but the only think that I can see is blank white screen, the touch is working and the buttons, when i click somewhere i feel the device vibrating but thats it. One time i managed to make the device appear in my computer as a normal android phone, dont know how this happened. So can someone help me please, if you have a phone like mine can you backup your rom and send it to me or help me find a working one, or some idea how to fix the blank screen. Thanks in advance

please i have a nec docomo N-06D. I tried upgrading for andriod os 2.3.6 to 4.2.2 but it didnt work... now my google play store cant download or update application.. seems it tampered with my system file.. i have formatted the tab so many times.. and if the battery runs out and the tab goes off and comes on it crashes "home, gallery,and all startup com files... please help me. thanks in Adv @macd4[email protected]

I have samsung Infuse 4g and i have problem that when i try to turn it on, it wont turn on, not showing samsung logo, cant turn on download mod, when i put it on charger i see some squares over screen.Before this happend it was trying to install ICS ROM to but it i fixed, it was bricked and i fixed it..After that it was working like, coudnt install apps,just some work. I wanted to update it to 2.3.6, the update was installed,but phone still didnt install apps,started flickering screen,camera didnt work.I tried connecting it to the pc it showed kernel and 0% and from that i cant turn it on,cant see samsung logo,download mod doesnt open,on charger i see squares..The phone is dead kinda with nothing working.Guys i just want to ask you if you can help me with this problem is it possible to fix..

Hallo,
First off some details:
I have a galaxy s3 i9300.
I was attempting to install android 4.4.
Due to "error 7" this was a lot harder then it should have been ( the versions of cwm that i could get to work gave error 7 and newer versions did not load)
Eventually i installed philz touch version 6 wich was able to install this kitkat file: http://forum.xda-developers.com/devdb/project/dl/?id=11372
(back-to-n00t_ROM_V9).
However the screen stopped responding, the solutions found using google (take our battery, factory reset, unscrew the back and check a connector) did not work.
I think i got android 4.4 running, the other buttons work fine and i can acces the recovery and the download mode.
During my process i downloaded a kernel of a s2

Which, as far as i can see seems to be the problem, however i dont know anything about kernels etc. i tried installing s3 kernels from here (http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s3/general/ref-galaxy-s3-stock-kernel-bootloaders-t2189063) which did not solve the problem
Take note, i am very new at this, i spend some time today trying to get android 4.4 working which is all the experience i have with this subject.

I hope i dont have to buy a new phone.
