Stuck on Recovery Screen when trying to load TWRP - HTC One SV

Whenever I try to boot to the recovery through the bootloader the phone just gets stuck on the screen that says "Entering Recovery..." with the HTC logo below it.
I have left the phone like this for about an hour and I still see no change so i'm not being impatient, everything else about the phone is fine.

You should offer more information, about exactly what phone model you are using and what recovery!

Then it goes past the htc logo and i see a 1 sec animation then the phone goes back to htc screen and keeps doing this. i then tried to go into the recovery mode and do a factory reset. but once i click on that the screen goes black so i dont know what im doing. [Completed] [Q] Help Butterfly S stuck in a loop

Hi, hoping someone can help me out i cant find anything on google.
I just installed insertcoin custom rom onto my htc butterfly s and it seems that it went off without a hitch.
after the installation it prompted me to reboot, which hung at the htc loading screen for a long time. and so i turned it off and on again.
Now it shows me the Htc loading screen after awhile it turns black, vibrates and shows me the htc loading screen again but this time there is a booting to recovery mode at the top, and it brings me to my CWM recovery page.
nothing i do can get me out of this loop. anyone has any advice?
Someone suggested to me that the new devices dont auto flash boot and after using fastboot to flash the boot again it seems to have fixed it.
but i cant find a way to delete this thread so yea..

Unrooted my Moto G7 Power to update and now it will not boot

I unrooted my phone through Magisk Manager to get the Android 10 update, and I guess I missed a step. Because when my phone rebooted, it comes up with the "No Command" screen after showing the unlocked bootloader warning.
I am able to enter the recovery mode and all of those settings, but my phone wont boot normally. It doesn't even show the Motorola "M". If I leave it on for a bit, it will switch between the unlocked bootloader warning and the no command screen. I've already tried a factory reset but that does nothing.
Am I stuck with a broken phone, or is there another hope? I'll do my best to provide more info if needed. Please help!

Stuck at White Google Screen

Hi,
My Pixel 1 was acting weird so I decided to shut it off and reboot it. Upon rebooting it was stuck on the white Google splash screen. I have tried to do .\adb devices, however, my computer is unable to recognize the device. I just want to flash the factory image on the device again. Does anyone have any ideas?
Thank you for your help!
Also, my recovery doesn't work. If I choose recovery from the boot loader, it just gets stuck on the same white Google splash screen.
Can you check if your Charging connector and battery health is fine?
Seems like a hardware issue if you weren't trying to flash anything
I have the same issue, further more if I fastboot the twrp it's stuck on that splash screen also; @BMWPower06 did you get it sorted somehow ?
After changed the battery. It stuck with the white Google screen. Sometimes went into system, but immediately showed "shutting off" then phone turn off
