Help please...I've been looking for the exact custom ROM for my device but all I'm seeing are Custom Roms for SPREADTRUM SC7731 devices..is it safe if I'm going to use it on my device? Here are my devices specification;

I have a NGM forward endurance purchased from ebuyer, a great phone which I was very happy with. That was till it updated itself and is now a brick. I have been in contact with NGM, an Italian company, and the upshot is I'm on my own, no support will be forth coming.
So my questions are :
