I didn't try that Gapps with RC3.
I wonder if a CM12 build for Ovation will be coming?

The GApps you are referring to did not work for me. I'm using a 4.4.4 mini gapps (since our tablet can't even use many of the other Gapps w/o mobile data). Here's a link:
