How can I change only the bootloader? - Samsung Galaxy Ace 3

I have an S7275R and I reflashed it with the official unbranded ROM. But the bootloader is stayed the branded version. Can I update it without harming the existing system and data? Are there any disadvantages?

[Q] Keep root and recovery with locked bootloader after upgrading to Lollipop?

Hi guys,
My girlfriend has a Xperia Z3, currently not rooted, bootloader is locked, no custom recovery and running Kitkat. I'm planning on rooting her phone for her install TWRP just to make a backup of the ROM, then I will update it to Lollipop right after.
I want to keep the bootloader locked because from what I've read, unlocking bootloader wipes the DRM keys or something, which apparently affects camera and even battery life for some people. I know I can back up the TA partition but that doesn't fix the fact that the camera will be affected somehow. I just don't want to take the risk and deal with the possibility.
So how would I root and install TWRP on a locked bootloader Xperia Z3 running Lollipop? I haven't seen any topics or guides on this, most are for phones with UNLOCKED bootloader so it's not really helping...
Read the Guide in the general section for rooting a locked bootloader
http://forum.xda-developers.com/z3/general/guide-rootrecovery-how-to-root-install-t3017056
You haven't researched much i see..
If you have 23.0.A.2.93 version, all you need is to Root, install TWRP, then FLASH a pre-rooted Lollipop rom.
I've read that guide already and I don't see any pre-rooted LP roms for either New Zealand or Taiwan. I know it probably won't matter, but for phones like Samsung Galaxy S5, we have CSC codes which basically gives you access to certain apps or options depending on the country of the ROM. If possible, I'd like to update to Lollipop from the official OTA and then root it from there.
Also, I'm on a newer KK firmware, which means I'll need to downgrade in order to get root. But doing that also means I lose all the contents on the phone, which I want to backup first using Titanium Backup. I understand there's a sacrifice here but I'm a bit confused as to why we couldn't just flash recovery using fastboot (like most other phones do) and then install SuperSU from TWRP? Or is the downgrade necessarily in order for us to achieve root via an unpatched exploit?
UPDATE:
Forgot to mention one major issue, my girlfriend's Z3 is D6653. The 23.0.A.2.93 firmware for D6653 is for T-MOBILE, but my girlfriend's phone is an international variant so I'm not sure it's compatible.
you know you can flash a rom with flashtool and not have it wipe the data?

Deleted official ROM 1.58.709.1 Asia TW :(

Guys, can I somehow restore completely deleted firmware? I tried many versions of the official one, but all of them have been installed unsuccessfully. Deleted firmware version was 1.58.709.1 Asia TW and I can't get this version anywhere. My phone has S-ON and no Root.

I noticed its the wrong forum. apologies.
no. i was on U firmware from my previous ATT firmware version without unlocking the bootloader (and i think that is impossible for US version) and without modifying anything.
I was able to successfully flash G930U firmware on G930V phone using Odin. didnt need to open anything or to do modifications prior to flashing.
Yep, stock firmware doesn't require an unlocked bootloader unless you're downgrading. The snapdragon models also can't be bootloader unlocked anyway.

Need help with firmware!!

today I got S8+ (g955f) a vodaphone variant.
Everything is fine except the vodaphone logo during turning phone on and off keeps bothering me .
Currently I am on pie (no root) .
So what I need to know is I can flash any g955f firmware if boatloader version of that firmware is equal to or greater than mine ?? And will there be any issues if I flash other g955f firmware in order to get rid of vodaphone logo and bloatware ??
Any help will b appreciated

Flash the latest unbranded firmware for your region.
All S8/S8+ firmwares are on BL v4 now, so bootloader version won't be a problem in this case. Make sure to do a full wipe and factory reset after flashing.

N971N - Korean Firmware to Uk Firmware

I was hoping someone could help me out. I have a Korean firmware Galaxy Note 10, i have scoured through the internet trying to find a solution or a flashable firmware to change it back to the UK firmware, to my recollection they both have the same processor.
I have gone as far as rooting so that it could open some doors in terms of reverting back to the UK firmware. i was wondering if anyone could help.
Everytime i tried flashing the UK firmware using Odin it would say the bootloader is locked, however i did unlock the bootloader before attempting to flash the firmware.
Maybe the UK firmware you trynna install is older than the one you already have? Maybe it's preventing flash for such Security reasons?
Tried flashing bootloader only?
Firmware without bootloader?

would you know where i would be able to obtain the firmware?
You can't install Uk firmware onto n976n, this model has only 4 CSC available and all of them Korean.
