Guys in am not that good at understanding technical terms regarding root. But I all I can understand I am trying to put forth here.
All is a sudden applications started installing on my phone randomly. Also location services popped again and again when I turned data on. I blocked unknowable sources thought app installations did not stop. Hence it was clear apps were installing from Google play store. After trying everything I scanned my phone my activities that suggested malaware named 'key chain, location services'. It took place of system apps. So all I could do was to turn them off. And everything became normal now. But even after uninstalling app named '9apps' come back on my phone. I am using s4 Verizon which was already rooted. After this incidence I found that I m no longer get access to root and cannot delete these system files. What to do?
I want my root back

hello friends,i want you to help me.
I have installed bluestack and its rooted.I have installed an application "moolah" its an Indian app which gives recharges for the app downloads.
Now i want to completely delete it and also the apps i have downloaded from it,so that i can use the app like new and exploit it again.
steps i have tried:
1. normal uninstall with clear cache and data
2.searching for the app name in directory and removing some files which were not removed during uninstall
3.clearing the browser history(as it uses the tracking system to detect if the app is being downloded from moolah)
the only solution that worked for me is the BSmulti tool V1.21,but it takes a lot of time to reset BS and run again and register google id and stuff.
So basically i am looking for somebody to help me uninstall the apps moolah and the apps downloaded from it completely without using hard reset on BSmulti tool.
Any help will be appreciated,please ask more questions if more information is needed.Thanks in advance

Hi! I have a Nexus 5 running Lollipop, it's rooted and yesterday when I was trying to download an app from play store, it downloaded but couldn't be installed. It said error 504, I looked for help on xda as well as other web sites, followed all the steps like deleting play store app data, cache etc, but nothing worked. I tried to install apps from other sources also, I downloaded apks, but again I wasn't able to install them. Then I checked if I could still update apps on play store, but then again I got error 504 and once error 505. What can I do to solve this issue?
I hope you can help me!
Code 504 typically indicates Loss if Internet connectivity during the process. If you had Wireless connection then that might have been spotty. Or if you are on Data, you might have hit a blind spot.

I own an Android Tablet running jelly bean 4.3.Since a month I don't know what happened to my Play Store its just not working when I open it Two options are appearing concerning Google Account,
Existing
New
I'm an existing user so when I proceed to point no.1 by giving all of my account details including Email and Password.It just says "Couldn't establish connection" (internet offline).But I'm online with internet via Wifi.Also tested internet through browser everything is working fine.Websites are working on browser.But just can't go through this Signin phase.
Also my Tablet is rooted with "TowelRoot" utility,I've checked for the latest firmware,and yes latest Software Update is available via OTA but still after downloading it successfully it just suddenly pop-ups that "Update has failed".Now what I've also Unrooted.Verified via "Root Checker" app to make sure that I'm unrooted.Yes,unrooted! Tried again to update firmware over OTA,still no luck
Also tried changing time no correct region and everything regarding time zone to correct and current one,no luck
Tried Reset Factory via Recovery mode,no luck at all!
I can use Third-Party Android stores but don't want to because of Privacy concern.Usually apps from other android stores aren't safe.There's no guarantee whether you'll be safe or unsafe with app you just downloaded form third-party store.
Suggestions are well appreciated.

Got an iDeaUSA CT740K tablet with missing Google play services. I wasnt even able to sing into any google account because of the missing google play services. However, I found an APK version of the services for the tab and installed it. It fixed the problem, well, for a while. Whenever i install the apk it fixes the problem and i am able to download stuff from google play, however, google play services remove from itself after about 10-20min and i cant download anything from google play again. I tried to move the apk into root/system/apps but it didnt help (the device is rooted). I wanted to flash gapps but i dont have a custom recovery (cant do it with the stock one, as it seems) to do it so, because there isnt any available yet. Also, there isnt a stock firmware available so cant re-flash it over the current one. I tried factory reset and erased internal memory but didnt help.
There are 3 games from fox which appear on the tab even after being uninstalled. I assume that the tablet cough some viruses and they are the reason for this happening.
If someone has a solution, feel free to share it
Thanks!

Hey guys,
I've been following this website for quite some time now.
Everytime I try to fix or improve something on my phone Google brings me here.
The thing is, I can't download anymore.
This is not the standard "Clear Cache" problem.
I've been dealing with this for months, tried:
- clearing cache;
- clearing data;
- checking time/zone;
- rebooting;
- removing SD card;
- uninstalling updates;
- using WiFi;
- configuring/deleting hosts file;
- apllying Holy Water..
Basically, my phone still can't download from any browser or Google Play, it can only update some apps through Aptoide.
What I could have messed up:
TitaniumBackUp was used to delete the stock launcher (now using Nova Launcher) and other stock apps which might be connected to something crucial about downloading..
Aptoide (Google Play Store far-away cousin and substitute) seems to be working and it can update my apps so there's still hope to make all the other apps follow the same path.
I just need to know what it is I must have to make it work.
Don't want to install custom rom, even though TitaniumBackUp would help on cloning the phone it'd be exausting checking everything from scratch, just freezing apps and not deleting will be my concern from now on.
So this is the challenge:
-An Android phone can't download.
-Stock apps were deleted.
-The owner has no idea which ones could be essential to make downloads happen.
Thank you so much for your time and help!
