Hello guys, as u might know the new pokemon game is already out and available on the internet as u also know, its requires kit kat 4.4 + to play it, so i upgraded my galaxy core to kit kat custom rom (monster) but i still cant open the file, anyone knows wats up? :/
i am looking forward for the answer too. i already tried to install custom rom 4.4..4 and 5.1 and didnt work
Actually these roms are not what they say they are. They are our old jelleybean itelf. We can easily edit the number to 4.4 or 5.1 using build.prop editor. That's what those ROM developers have done. Even I want to install Pokemon go. I'm using cosmic ROM. It says it is lolipop. But it is just jelleybean inside.

no there is no way to install pokemon go on galaxy core 8262/8260 because the reason is to install pokemon go you require kitkat + version..
and even if you are using kitkat rom ....this rom is not real kitkat rom --this rom is ported rom (themed Rom)....and unfortunately no real kitkat rom is available for galaxy core excluding cm11L which having lots of bugs in it

so i just got my cm11 recently and it's doing great for my device. you should try and give your feedback for this release! now i would like to ask about rooting this ROM. is it possible to do so? because i found that this ROM is not pre-rooted. i usually use superuserSU to handle rooting, but now it's not working anymore because the android version from cm11 is 4.4.2 and superSU is not compatible with this version. thanks before

And do u think stock roms "flashing by odin" r better

There are hundreds of roms available. It differs from person to person which roms he/she likes.
I personally like CyanogenMod. Just look here and find a rom.
Almost all threads have a guide how to install the rom. If you don't like the rom you just simply install another one.
If you want to get started, install CWM Recovery as listed above.

Is there any way to install the same launcher android lollipop uses to my HTC Desire 310 that's stuck on android 4.2.2?
I really love the design of lollipop but there is no way that I know about to flash any other ROM to my phone so if there is a way to install only the launcher or even a ROM i can install plz responed !

First this its evening in my country , so its off word for me "good morning" .
Stock lollipop using google now launcher and you can download from Google play store. And its 100% capable with KitKat variant.

I am using google launcher but the look is exactly like stock android 4.2.2 or 4.4!
it is now kitkat 4.4.2 >>>>is it better to update it to official lolipop or stay on kitkat???
if i just need to root it and install google play ,,,,what should i do in kitkat and lollipop>
or it is better to install custom rom and it will do everything???

Hey guys. So I have the Samsung Galaxy S Duos 2 (GT-S7582 model) and the default android version of the stock ROM is 4.2.2. On this phone there are currently no updates for android versions, so I decided to flash a custom ROM to update it. That is mainly because I want to play some games that need better than 4.2.2 version. So i flashed a ROM based on the stock ROM 4.2.2 and updated it to 5.0.2. The problem is that even know, I can't play the games that I am supposed to be able to play on this android version.. What's the problem? What do I need to do in order to be able to play the games I want?
This ROM I flashed is: Lollipop Extreme Build V2.
