Want to factory reset phone, not recognized by PC and recovery doesn't work - Ascend Mate 7 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hello,
I have a HUAWEI Ascend Mate 7 that is very slow and I would like to factory reset it. For some reason, the factory reset button in the settings did not work, so I tried to go into recovery mode to wipe the data. However, going into bootloader only yielded a screen that said "FASTBOOT&RESCUE MODE" and "Please connect USB to your computer and open HiSuite" and had no other options. I also tried powering up the phone while holding POWER + Volume Up, but it then hangs on the Huawei logo. Recovery mode is inaccessible.
After that, I wanted to use adb and fastboot to flash a recovery. However, trying to do "fastboot flash" or "fastboot erase" gives me the error "FAILED (remote: Flash write failure)" or "FAILED (remote: Command not allowed)". I have not been able to flash any type of recovery image. I also tried "adb shell recovery --wipe_data" to wipe the data, but it gives me the error "/system/bin/sh: recovery not found", meaning that there is no recovery.
On boot, the phone hangs on the Huawei logo and does not start.
Could someone please help?
Thank you!

[Q] Tecno P5 Stuck in Boot Loop And Recovery Not Accessible

I used Recovery-Tools to flash TECNO-P5_130916__recovery_140106-193223.img onto my phone. The process completed and I was prompted to boot into recovery. The reboot did not complete.
I can get into the boot menu (Volume Up + Power), but when I select Recovery mode or Normal mode the phone gets into a boot loop. Fastboot mode woks and I can connect from Windows 7.
The problem in Fastboot is that I cannot flash a ROM since the bootloader is locked (I get the error "Security deny - Err:0x2017").
Is there a tool that can either unlock the bootloader or reset the phone to factory settings so it can boot normally?
I already tried fastboot oem unlock and it just hangs at "..." No "fastboot oem ...." commands work
fastboot devices shows "mt6572v1_phone fastboot"

[A700] Booting failed

Hi to XDA comunity
... and happy festive season
I tried to install a new ROM. So, I followed tutorials and I have a huge problem
I passed to unlock the tablet
But, when I tried to install the new Recovery, the installation failed and now, the tablet doesn't want to boot
When I boot normaly, in recovery mode or Fastboot mode, I get this message :
Code:
Bootloader Version JB-653b3d3 (Unlock Mode)
Entering boot menu mode
Booting failed
Bootloader VJB-653b3d3(UnlockMode): Starting Fastboot USB download protocol
When I send "Fastboot device", the device is shown
When I send "Fastboot flash recovery twrp-2.6.3.0_a700.img"
Code:
sending 'recovert' <5736 KB>...
But still indefinitely
So I stop and retry and I obtain
downloading 'boot.img'...
FAILED <commande write failed <Unknow error>>
finished. total time: 0.???s
i tried to erase recovery and retry.
Tried with several USB cables.
I don't know what to do...
I guess it's a fastboot problem ? How can I found a fastboot file ?
Thanks for any help !

make sure you have the a700 and not the a701 or a510 etc etc....
also, you could try booting directly into fastboot:
1. power off
2. hold power and volume down, while you're doing that, constantly change the rotation switch from lock unlock lock unlock.... keep doing it for about 5 seconds
try flashing from here... it might give you the same result but worth a try.
other possible problems:
1. the recovery you downloaded is corrupt
2. the recovery you downloaded was not a working version
3. you might not have the right usb drivers installed
4. you might have used the wrong recovery commands
5. command (sometimes) needs to be Run as Administrator on Windows (right click)
6. you might have waited too long to reboot to recovery, or used the wrong method to do it
it might make it easier for you if you just rename recovery on computer to recovery.img (so you can just type fastboot flash recovery recovery.img)
also, I have uploaded a copy of the recovery I'm using (it's newer)
you can also try (while in fastboot)
Code:
fastboot boot twrp.img
(or any custom recovery)
It should boot without flashing, and from there you're will be able to flash firmware, ROM, etc...

it might be fine but personally I would not try that... recovery and boot are not to be confused and bootloaders are not to be messed with

[MOTO G] XT1032 black screen after booting up [can be closed]

Hello there,
after booting up the phone (Android 5.0.2), the screen turs black (with backlight), becomes warm over time and reboots, no input possible.
I've read almost any post about that problem but nothing helped. I dont know how that problem happened, nothing unusual happened.
At first, i tried booting into bootloader and used there
- Normal Bootup -> booting up with same problem
- factory -> booting up with same problem
- recovery -> "bootup failed"
- barcodes -> Showing barcodes with Informatios (IMEI, Model No. ...)
- QCOM -> booting up with same problem
- BP Tools -> booting up with same problem
So i successfully unlocked the phone (Code 3, warranty was already over) to install the stock recovery -> Success, booting in recovery displaying "no Command". (waiting and then press power and vol. up get me into recovery). Then, i tried to install custom recovery (TWRP and CWM), the log on Phone says "mismatched partition size" but no errors, CMD says OK [...] OK.
Booting in Recovery -> "No Command" no matter what recovery i had flashed.
Booting an recovery out of CMD with "fastboot boot recovery.img" works for twrp-2.8.7.0.-falcon_GPE.img.
Doing "Factory reset with swipe" gives:
Updating Partition details...
E: unable to stat '/data/data/com.google.android.gms/sharedprefs/checkin.xml' other errors concerning '/data/data/com.cleanmaster.mguard[...]'
E: unable to open '/cache/recovery/.version'
MTP Enabled
but it has done factory reset. Trying to mount and send a custom firmware to SD results in error, device not responding.
Formatting data has failed with same errors as above (E: unable to ... '/data/data/[...])
The folder cant removed due to:
E:rm -rf "/data/data/com.cleanmaster.mguard" process ended with ERROR=1
Next, i tried to flash the Stock firmware (im from Germany, it was an O2-Promo with Google play) "XT1032_FALCON-O2DE_5.0.2_LXB22.46-28.1_1_cid7_CFC_1FF.xml.zip" with fastboot and mfastboot.V2. No errors from CMD, log on Phone wrote sometimes in purple "Image Size too big", but no errors. Wipe user and wipe cache, then reboot, no success.
I've tried many other firmware versions (EU and DE only, Lollipop and KitKat) step by step for each instruction with fastboot, also no success.
It seems that the write operations take no effect, even erasing partitions like recovery only displays on CMD
erasing 'recovery'...
(bootloader) Erase allowed in unlocked state
OKAY [ 0.031s]
finished. total time: 0.031s
without any effect, stock ercovery remains there, but the phone is unlocked. Now i dont know how to move on anymore, after working on the phone for 7 Hours.
Can you, the experts on XDA, help me? If needed, i can post more informations...
EDIT: It seems to be a hardware error caused by internal SDcard. Ordered a new phone, thread can be closed.

[Completed] My Asus Zenfone 2(Z00A, ZE551ML) is stuck at fastboot bootloader. What to do?

I was trying to install the CM13. I followed the CM wiki page and created a CM13 build on my machine. The build was successful. But I couldn't load the CM zip file using adb sideload. I also unloacked the bootloader using the app from asus website. After this I rooted my device referring to androidroot_org.
Then I used "fastboot -w" to wipe the userdata. It failed when it reach erasing user-data field(saying "FAILED(remote: permssion denied)"). Next I went into recovery mode from fastboot screen and wiped user data/factory reset. After that I wiped the cache partition. I thought that now I can try "fastboot -w flashall". But when I tried it in linux cmd, it failed to write boot with same error of Permission denied.
Now I can't go into recovery mode to install the stock rom. Whichever option I select at the Fastboot among "Normal Boot", "Recovery Mode" it always end up restarting the bootloader. I also tried install the TWRP recovery image using "fastboot flash recovery" command. But it gives the error "cannot load 'twrp-3.0.2-0-Z00A.img.img'".
So eventually I'm stuck at the fastboot screen and don't know what to do.

Asus Z300c only fastboot mode

I made a hard reset through the recovery, but after rebooting the image remained fixed on the logo, so I tried "asus flash tool" (fastboot mode), with the .zip present on the official site, but gave an extraction error, then I tried to use ADB & fastboot for flash manually (the bootloader is unlocked), but also gave me error saying it could not flash, so I looked at all the partitions there (image attached) and I reset almost all (in some I did not have permission), now I have a tablet that only has the fastboot mode (no image or logo) on which I can not flash anything (but vrl partition yes). Does anyone have an idea on how it can be done? Is there a way to solve the flash error? or an alternative to fastboot? If someone had my own model of tablet could send me the partition files?
ps: before I reset the partitions if I did "fastboot boot recovery.img" it worked, now I have the black screen.
Here the screenshoot of "fastboot getvar all" drive.google .com/open?id=1QcnpTqh0-ngHD37L25UQxcpN2TIWEr3V
