Go to download mode and flash to stock if you are stuck.
Hey there, you can use ADB SideLoad through TWRP to Transfer another custom ROM to your phone internal memory
i had this problem before

I have Format everything under Recovery CWM 6.0.3.1
Include Format system.
Now I can't get reboot into normal status and stay in Galaxy Note logo.
May I know how can I transfer to SD and flash new ROM?

If you formatted system there is no os to boot into... You need the zip file on the sd card before doing anything like that and you also must check that the recovery you are using can read that sd card otherwise its back to pc Odin for you to re-install an OS, reroot and install a recovery...
"CM Lockscreen has stopped" turns OPO into bootloop, how to backup /sdcard to pc?
I got the "CM lockscreen has stopped" message, and now my phone keeps rebooting. I can put the phone into stock recovery mode and maybe fastboot mode(yet to try). All i wanted now is to backup all my files in internal storage before "sideload" the older firmeware(33R) to fix the phone.
I just learned how to use adb and fastboot.
in stock recovery mode------> apply update-----> adb, only "adb sideload mode" is allowed, i can't use adb pull command in here.
Question is: How to backup all the files in internal storage(/sdcard) to my pc.
should i just sideload the older firmware and fix the rebooting issue first?
but i am worrying this method won't works or the internal storage will get formatted.
Thank you
Just flash a custom ROM using TWRP. Your files won't be erased from internal sd card.
No need to use fastboot. Don't forget to wipe in twrp.

But i didn't install TWRP on my phone. To install TWRP now, i think i have to unlock the bootloader first, but this will wipe all the data(including internal sd scard). Am i right?
I accidentally formatted and unmounted my system on my N7000 in CWM v6 .0 .5 .0 but i can still access my external storage in installing a zip somehow. I recently successfully installed Lollipop beta 5.0.1 cyanogen based on my Note but then i wanted to go back to slim wizz rom because i missed that tablet feature . After re-installing the slimwizz tablet rom i accidentally formatted and unmounted my system and the slim wizz doesn't boot up. When i turn my phone on it boot loops from the lollipop animation and stays as such. Before i did the Slimwizz i used twrp - installed the kernel for slim wizz , rebooted and from CWM i flashed the Slimwizz then somehow while formatting cache, data and internal storage (cause i really didn't have anything in there anyways) i accidentally unmounted my system in process
What can be done to re-mount my system, various storages and data back? Also i can still access TWRP by installing the kernel zip from my sd card but its not much help since my loads are still unmounted in TWRP

Hello,
I'm looking for guidance on how to restore my adopted storage (sdcard) after a TWRP recovery update.
I'm running CM 13.1 on TWRP 3.0.0. I've enabled my sdcard as adopted storage which has worked well so far.
Yesterday I've decided to update to TWRP 3.0.3 (without touching the OS or anything else) and afterwards the OS was complaining that my sd card is corrupt. I've restored TWRP 3.0.0, but I get the same error from the OS.
I can still access the sd card when the phone is in recovery mode, so I'm able to copy my photos and backups, but I'd ideally like to restore sd card functionality as is was before updating TWRP.
Any thoughts on what I've broken and how to fix?
Thanks,
