I'm guessing because you don't have the international version is why it's saying it's incompatible. As to a way of tricking it, I don't know, but I doubt it.
Edit: After looking around some more, I see people complaining that it doesn't support rooted devices. That could also be causing issues..
Edit2: Some good info here - http://forums.whirlpool.net.au/archive/1923915

Hello, and welcome to XDA Assist! I don't think we can help you find a free hotspot, they don't tend to exist. You can see on your device what hotspots are available.
Best wishes
Thanks, I'm sure I'll figure it out. New to this site I just wanna learn some stuff.
I picked up a GS3 frontier while visiting the US. It has Samsung Pay pre loaded. I cannot get it to work because, it will not recognize my Canadian address? Any solutions?

When I put Samsung Pay on my phone I had the same issue. I just put*a US ZIP code in and noticed CIBC didn't*seem to care what I put. Try putting in a US ZIP and see if that works. 90210 for instance.

Thank you! Is it necessary to have any connection between Samsung pay on smartphone and Samsung pay on SG3? I have S7 edge SM-935F and Samsung Pay doesn't work in Canada although I flashed it with German DBT Firmware. I don't know why because some people wrote that it should work, but it is another problem. Could you clarify please, will Samsung pay on SG3 work without any connection with Samsung pay in smartphone?

I'm sorry for meticulousness ). Does Gear Manager add card to Samsung pay on smartphone or directly to Samsung pay on SG3? In other words, is Samsung pay on SG3 able to work without Samsung pay on Smartphone?

I am told that SP works with rooted phones so the answer to your question would be yes, SP on the watch should work without SP on your phone. The issue you need to address is, does the Gear S3 that you own have the SP app already installed? Not all Gear S3's come with the app installed. At this time, only US, Australia and Singapore watches come with it pre-installed. My Canadian watch does NOT have this installed. There is no way that I am aware of that you can*sideload it either. At least I haven't figured it out.

You can pay with a watch without samrtphone, but add a card in watch will not work without a smartphone.
Sorry for my bad english.
Can your extract the samsung pay from your watch so the rest of us can sideload it?
Newbie here, but I'm looking to buy a refurbished GS3 Frontier that's been factory reset. The watch is in US, and I'm in Canada (yes, I'm polite too ). Will the watch work in Canada? I'm running on 4G/LTE from Public Mobile on my S7 Edge.

I have a Galaxy M52 5G gifted from the UAE. I reside in India. The phone is perfectly fine but some things like Samsung Pay, Samsung Free (lol) and other Samsung services doesn't seem to run. The biggest problem is my card gets declined if I use Samsung Pay, but works fine in Google Pay (playstore - India) Is there any way to change the region / CSC to India on my device?
Hopefully anyone will help and also create a device forum for this device (Galaxy M52 5G)
Thanks in advance!
Please.
