480x800 Display for emulator

The Greeting
Hey guys,
The Introduction
I'm a noob, like the video suggests and I am totally new to the development scene. Please help me out with the most basic question but most important to me. I am using Eclipse (Please advise if there are better Dev Programs out there.)
The Question
So okay, down to my question. I'm using a HTC Incredible S (480x800) and I would like my emulator to display the aforementioned dimensions. Now I am aware that I need to configure my Android Virtual device to 480x800 right? However, in the graphics interface, the picture still is not fullscreen. I needa get the proper dimensions to prevent alignment problems with buttons right?
The App: Pip-Boy 3000

Condition (CND)
hremovettp://209.85.12.237/30173/175/0/f5179349/Pip2.png
Radiation (RAD)
hremovettp://209.85.12.237/30173/175/0/f5179350/Pip3.png
EFF (Effects)
Here is the app that I have in mind: A working PIP-BOY 3000 for Android users!
I have already started doing the graphics portion of the pip-boy, I just need to link "buttons" to pictures and It's all good!
Here's a brief run thru, See the CND, RAD and EFF on the top left corner? Clicking either one of them will link u to the respective pictures.
Status, S.P.E.C.I.A.L., Skills, Perks and General are also buttons that will have their own respective pictures.
The End
So before I can even start on developing this app, I first gotta set my emulator screen properly to avoid any misalignment of the "buttons".
Please advise. Thanks everybody!
I managed to get things going and here's my progress so far:

Looking for advice (need a phone)

Hi everyone, as the title says, i need an advice. I need a new phone, not for me, but for a kid.
Now, the phone has few requirements to met.
1) At least 1GB ram (1.5 are rare, 2 would be better, but not necessary)
2) Easy to root (The parents are putting their kid under strict control, and i'm gonna need root for that)
2) At least 4.5" display (the larger the better, but again, not necessary)
4) Cheap, doesn't matter if it's a chinese brand (elephone, dogee, umi, ect).
5) Decent camera (5-8mpx main camera, with flash if possible, not asking for PDAF, f1.7, OIS, and such, but it would be nice to recognize the subject )
The kid basically plays FIFA 15 UT, Clash Royale, watches youtube videos and texts via Whatsapp.
Any suggestion will be really appreciated, thanks everyone. :good:
(PS: I apologize for my english, but it's not my native language.)
There's a dedicated thread for such questions here,

Many opinions to be had there, so I'll close this thread. :good:

[Completed] Change Cursor Color and Trail in Android

Hey guys, I've been lurking on XDA for a few years but I've never found a situation I couldn't search up info on. I have a VERY SMALL but potentially impossible situation. My girl friend brought up a point a bit ago about the cursor icon when using google keyboard. She wanted to find a way to alter the blue dot cursor on there. She wanted something like a rainbow, multi colored, pink, or 'glitter' color and animation to the cursor. I've spend a few hours searching here, google, and asking my other friends who hack phones. The only thing I can think of would be perhaps a full phone mod like dropping CM onto her device and trying to play around with the themes. However I'm not sure how hard coded the cursor is, could someone please direct me to some more info on this?
Device : Samsung Galaxy Tab
Model Number: SM-T710
Android Version: 6.0.1 (Original Firmware)
Non-Rooted (I think.. might be rooted.)
Hi there and welcome to assist,
Unfortunately there is nothing about your question/device on XDA forum. Try a Google search first .
You'll have to create an account to post in the main forums if you have any other questions.

(photo) Studio (in Samsung Galaxy S5) Installation to A70

Apologies in advance, if I'm posting in the wrong part of the form. I really do not know where in the forum to post this.
Anyway, I used to own a Samsung Galaxy S5. It has a built-in photo editor within the gallery app. It's called 'Studio'. I really love that studio app. Now that I have a new phone, Samsung Galaxy A70, I am not happy with its built-in photo editor. I still want the Studio app of the galaxy S5. There are fine tuning things the Studio app could do that the photo editor could not do.
Question: How do I install the studio app of the S5 to my A70? Is an apk available? I've been searching on google and cannot find. Please help! Thanks and I really appreciate any response.
