[Q] Lg g2 problems cannot connect to Internet no APN settings to be found

I have a lg g2 d800 but it is flashed with the ls980 and I can't access internet because there are no APN settings to be found ...I was thinking of flashing the original software but what should I flash the ls980 or d800...

hey guys,i have lg d855,which only shows firmware update,i tried many official firmware on it but no luck,i open the phone on it,s board there,s written D850 then i tried to it with D850 official firmware but error occured that device model is different check phone or dll,when i try to flash it with D855 firmwares then also having error after 6seconds,and when i try to flash it with kdz file then it stuck on 2% and then says retry.can any1 help me?

First of all what kdz are you flashing?? There's no D850 kdz file.
Your getting an error with flash tool is because your supposed to use the dll file that says use this if you have trouble. Or you have to use an hex editor to change the tot file your needing to flash. Just google hex tot file edit

Just like me.. you've been scammed. someone sold you 855 with a different board. 850 most probably. so try 850 tot files. not kdz. Cheerz

HELP changed LG G2 D800 model name to VS980

So I was attempting to flash a new rom to my D800 and I flashed vs980 rom instead of the cloudy g2 rom. So I got stuck on a brick. After all of that I did the LG flash tool TOT method but It would not accept any of the d800 DLL and TOT and it said "Wrong model blah blah" and my model name is now "VS980" how do I change it back D: I'm literally on a Verizon stock rom ATM trying to figure **** out D: :crying::crying::crying::crying::crying::crying::crying::crying::crying:

I got similar situation before and this method helped me get my phone back. Hope it helps you too

Hi,
I have an LG G3 D850 with stock rooted lollipop rom and I edited the build.prop changing the ATT to OPEN. I installed TWRP and while flashing cynogenmod it failed and then it wont go past the boot screen. After that I tried unbricking but the LG root tool says "Model Information Check FAIL".
Can anyone help me with this?

Yes I did. Its just that the model number does'nt show up. Also I am using the KITKAT rom, should I use the Lollipop rom with the same dll file. I used this guide and downloaded the files from here.

from last night i am having a problem that my g2 was running d802 software but when i open its back cover it says LS980.
so i tried to install LS980 TOT Stock Rom with the help of lg flash tool but when it comes to flashing it gives me error that my phone model is different... Please help me what to do.
