[Completed] My computer won't read my microSD - XDA Assist

So I bought one of those 64GB Samsung EVO microSD cards, and I wanted to move the files from my previous one (same type of microSD but with 32GB). When I plug the 32GB one into my computer, it asks me what I want my computer to do (e.g. open the files in a folder). However, when I plug in the 64GB microSD, I am not given this prompt, and if I try to open it from "My Computer" it says that it isn't formatted. I tried formatting using the prompt it gave me asking if I wanted to format it, but it said that it couldn't be formatted. So I tried using SDFormatter and it seemed to work fine, but when I tried opening it my computer still said that it wasn't formatted. I formatted it in my phone (LG V10 with T-Mobile, if that's important) after that, but my computer still says that it isn't formatted. Can anyone help?

[Completed] SD Card stopped working

I was transferring some Apps to my SD Card when suddenly I got the "SD Card Unexpectedly Removed" error ( I was transferring a lot of apps at once. I clicked "Move to SD Card" and wasn't waiting until it was finished, I would just open the another app I wanted to transfer and click "Move to SD Card", even If the app before wasn't finished being transferred). Now my Phone won't recognize it, my PC also won't recognize it (it was, previously). I've already tried going to Control Panel->System and Security->Administrative tools -> Computer Management -> Storage -> Disk Management, there's nothing related to the card there. It's like it's not even connected. I want to format or do anything to make it work, but I can't find it anywhere. I'm hopeless.

[Completed] [HELP] Unable To Delete Or Format HP Micro SDHC (16GB)

I've been trying to remove or edit files in my Micro SDHC Card (16GB), when I delete a file I got no errors, I can create files in my SD Card too, but when I unplug it and plug it again, nothing changed, the old files are there and the new ones disappeared... Then I tried to format it, directly in Windows and also tried the chkdsk through command prompt in windows.
Please help ?

[Completed] Tablet trouble

Long time reader, first time poster. I have learned alot from here, and I am hoping to learn a bit more.
Ok, the stats:
Polaroid Tablet model P902/A900
Android version 5.1.1 (Lollipop?)
Firmware 1.0.3
So I started this journey by rooting the tablet. KingsRoot did work for this, (a file I leaned about from this forum).
Now I have a rooted tablet, so far so good.
What I am trying to do is improve the way the tablet uses the micro sd card that I bought for it, 32mb. Well with in it's size limit of 64.
Here is the problem. It recognizes the card. But I can only get files onto it by manually copy and pasting them. There is no system option given for moving files to the sd card, pics, audio, whatever. Now my phone has options to move files to sd card, heck it will even move some apps to the sd card. This is what I want to do for the tablet because the internal storage space is limited. I have been told that tablets cannot do this. I guess I am asking if that is true. My phone can do it, why not my tablet? I have tried a couple of apps to assist me with the sd card, but have not had any success with them. The ONLY way for me to use the sd card now is to go into file explorer and copy and paste. There has to be a better way. Please if anyone knows a way to teach this dog a new trick, I would apreciate it. Thank you for your time.

[Completed] Cheap Crappy Chinese Tablet Doesn't Recognize Internal or External Memory

Second time to try and fix this problem so sorry if you've seen this before:
OK, so I have mucked about with my cheap crappy tablet from China and long story short it does not recognise the internal phone storage drive of 59Gb and it also will not recognise any external SD memory card, although it does detect when they are inserted, it just shows that no memory is available. All I am left with is a 3.7Gb internal memory.
The error occured when I tried to get apps to install directly to the phone memory, not realising that Android Lollipop already has this functionality burnt in (guess I should have checked the settings first), anyway, using the ADB process that's outlined in a process guide I found online (I can't post the link in this forum though) I managed to completely wipe out my Phone Memory and External SD Card Mounts. I have done factory re-sets and even tried flashing a new ROM except that this is such a generic crappy chinese tablet there is no custom ROM available to install on it.
I'm not sure where to go from here, when I plug the tablet in I get the tablet showing up as a device attached to the computer, but it's memory bar is completely red.
Does anyone know if there is a boot recovery option that will effectively re-mount all the internal and external memory drives of this tablet? Details of the tablet are below:
Model Number Samsung T950S (Although there is no way Samsung had anything to do with this tablet)
Android Version 5.12
Baseband Version MOLY.WR8.W1449.MD.WG.MP.V6.P13, 2016/01/06 10:34
Kernel Version 3.10.72+ [email protected] #1
Build Number K960_vKB011B_20160105
Serial Number 0123456789ABCDEF

[Completed] Nook Color CM10 Browser Stopped Working

I'm trying to convert my Nook Color to a tablet. I've done everything listed below. I keep getting "unfortunately browser has stopped" Need help in finding a solution.
1. Install the SDFormatter software on Windows.
2. Insert your USB MicroSD card adapter (with Sandisk Class 4 MicroSD inserted) into your PC.
3. Format MicroSD with SDFormatter.
4. Use Win32DiskImager.exe to write the generic-sdcard-v1.3-CM7-9-10-10.1-larger-Rev6.img file to the formatted MicroSD card. Make sure you choose the correct drive letter otherwise you will erase the wrong drive!
5. Eject the USB MicroSD card/adapter from the PC and reinsert it back into the PC (select "continue without scanning" if prompted by Windows).
6. Use Windows Explorer and copy both the cm-10.1.2-encore.zip & gapps-jb-20130301-signed.zip files to microsd (this installs cyanogenmod android rom & google apps).
7.
8. Copy both the uAltImg & uAltRam files from the AlternateCWM-SDInstalls-Rev2-v6.0.1.2 directory to the USB MicroSD card/adapter (x:\boot) (this CWM will nandroid backup the SD, wipe dalvik-cache or cache, fix permissions, etc).
9.
10. From Windows Explorer, right click the drive letter to eject the USB MicroSD card/adapter and then insert it into your Nook Color (while it's powered off).
11. Turn the Nook Color on and wait for Cyanogenmod to boot.
