HTC Sense Version: 4+
HBoot: 2.15.0000
Radio: 1.11.50.05.28

And for sure Unlocked, the only problem is, if i re-lock my phone there comes this security warning and i dont know why.

Do us a favor. Connect your phone to a PC and go into fastboot mode, and enter this command in CMD:
Code:
fastboot getvar all
Copy and paste the results here. Be sure to erase your IMEI and serial number as that will be shown too.

Have a look at this tutorial: http://androidforums.com/one-s-all-things-root/691874-guide-how-run-ruu-your-htc-one-s.html
The RUU's are all located here: http://www.androidruu.com/?developer=Ville
If you are S-OFF you should be able to run any RUU. Unfortunately not all the RUU's for each carrier are released.

Hi, i hope i can help.
I don't get the problem of yours. Where did you get the Phone? Have you modified it yourself in any way?

HTC One M7 cant instal Firmware

Hi all,
Firstly, i hope this is in the right place!
I have accidentally wiped my phone again using the TWRP v2.8.4.0 custom recovery.. i have relocked the bootloader using the All-In-One toolkit and when in fastboot USB i try to flash the firmware i receive this message:
D:\FASTBOOT ADB>fastboot flash zip fw_4.19.401.9_custom.zip
< waiting for device >
sending 'zip' (27605 KB)...
OKAY [ 2.326s]
writing 'zip'...
FAILED (remote: not allowed)
finished. total time: 2.366s
Have tried swapping USB ports and still get the same message.
I have also tried putting the firmware zip onto the SD card with MTP enabled in TWRP and then installing from the 'Install' option but that just returns a fail each time.

An RUU is not available for this configuration. I have the versions and CID and I did not find anything. The only way of returning to stock is using nandroid backup.
Try to flash a custom recovery and boot into recovery to see if you can stop fastboot loop.
