its a grand 2 thread i beleive
its not for other device except grand 2
It can be ported in other devices having the same api level (not android version), both they need to have touchwiz and they need to have the same processor architecture.
You only need to have skills (and apktool)
In my signature there is the s7 sysui for the grand 2 ported to the s5 mini (exynos variant)
If you want can send me the framework-res.apk, touchwiz-res.apk and the original sysui and i'll try (when i've free time, also because now i'm porting the touchwiz mm rom to the s5 mini) to port it

To download any battery icon just click on its photo
Make a backup of your systemui.
Put the zip on you card
Flash in recovery
I used MetaMorph flasher to prepare each pack so that the only change would be implemented on you battery photos and would add 1% battery, the rest of mods applied on your systemUI.apk would be kept intact.
Read mote here about MetaMorph.

S3 has different naming format than Note 1 and 2. It starts with tw_...
But can you upload your systemui.apk for double check.

First u should be on Motion ROM Lollipop 5.1.1
Then go to recovery and flash it and reboot
i have Android 5.1.1 Lollipop via CM12.1
