can anybody develop a cyanogenmod or custom ROM for oppo joy R1001 which should be based on android kitkat or lollipop ?

Compiling a Rom from source is a big pain! I dont think so anyone would build a rom for you. Why? Because of this

[MT6582] LineageOS for the LG L Bello D331?

Hi everybody,
lately there have been some porting efforts for LineageOS on MT6582 devices:

What are the chances that one of these is already working on the LG L Bello D331 (Specs) and is there a chance that someone ports LineageOS to the LG L Bello D331?

There are chances of getting lineage os on the d331. As we know there is aosp rom ported for that phone. So why wouldn't we get lineage os on it?
I also have lg l bello d331 so Im going to try that aosp rom and if it works I gotta try to port lineage os through the easy guides.

We have MIUI 11/12/12.5 China and PixelExperience. However, I won't suggest you to use them. MIUI itself isn't really a good and stable ROM, especially the sGSI port. And for the PixelExperience, it is not actively maintained.
However, if you really want to try, you can download the PixelExperience ROM here: https://ota.thenotonly.com/download/
I'm not giving the download link to MIUI ports, because the developer is asking for money to use his ports (and made some technical measures to lock devices without the IMEI on whitelist), you shouldn't pay to use that however.
