Hello!
I have been searching the net to find a suitable root guide so that I can root my Samsung Galaxy S6.
I'm still running Android 5.1.1, there are no updates. I'm from the UK but I bought my mobile for a little bit cheaper than normal price online and that means that the phone is from Vietnam (but not locked to any network).
I've tried contacting Samsung UK, who have not been helpful and keep telling me to speak with Samsung Vietnam, obviously this would not be possible as I dont speak/write Vietnamese.
All the root guides I have come across dont match my firmware version:
Brand: Samsung
Model: SM-G920F
Android Version: 5.1.1 (lmy47x.g920fxxu3qpa7)
Could someone help me or point me in the right direction?
I'd be really happy with Android 6 stock edition for me phone, not too fussed about the cracked apps.

Hi,
I can't find anywhere in google where there is a guide to root this model. (It's on android 5.0)
It is the Japanese version of the s5 made for their network, but it has been unlocked for NZ networks so I can use it here.
Can anyone point me in the right direction please. Kingroot didn't work

Hello, I received a Samsung Galaxy Note 4 from the US. It is unlocked, but has a version/software (not sure how to call it?) produced for Koreea. One of the downsides is that it has no Romanian language. I want to offer it a gisft to someone who does not speak English. I need to install a new ROM probably (hope I got it right). Where exactly can I get help on the forum for this?

Hi,
i bought a samsung galaxy S5, i was told it is unlocked, when i tried to use it in india, i came to know that it is region locked. i tried calling samsumg, but no one help.
i rooted the device and then tried using the regionlockaway app. i get the 'An Unexpected error occurred !#3". could you please let me know what does this mean.
i googled it, i see some guys got this error but there is no answer on how to get ride of it. please help. i bought this phone for my dad but he cant use it.

I just purchased a Galaxy Express 3 SM-J120A UD because it was on sale for a ridiculous price. So far I've tried almost every root program out there with a zero success rate. Here are the specs: Galaxy Express 3 SM-J120A UD, Android version 6.0.1, Build Number MMB29K, Knox version 2.6, Kernel version 3.10.9-7662162.
Please let me know if KingRoot will work on this device, Or you know of a better way..
