My thoughts
For a fast lightweight launcher, zeam (perfect apart from no notifications in the dock).
For a launcher with themes and lots of visual customisation - ADW EX
For an all round launcher - Go Launcher EX
For an all round launcher with its own widgets - Launcher Pro Plus

Ive seen a bunch of topics asking about launcher, now im gonna link them direct here.
i decided to post this for noobs that may need help in customizing homescreen, i provided a link to a thread by falloutboy with a huge collection of icons. in order to use these icons, u will need a homescreen launcher such as adw, launcher pro, go launcher, etc...

The device frame was created using the app Screener. There's currently no OnePlus 3, I had to use the 2 but we'll add that device to the app soon!

Sweet. Where did you get that equalizer skin widget? Is that a custom widget?
