[Q] Is it possible for Upgrading Stock S003 version to Stock S011 Through OTA

Hi All,
Did anyone tried upgrading the Stock S003_15102013 version to Stock S011_25022014 using Software update in System Settings as there is some error in One hand operation mode in Stock S003_15102013 version.
Please post your valuable suggestions to get this error sorted out.

When i bought the phone it already had the S011....what error are you talking abt? Is it the lag that you experience?

While using the one hand operation mode the screen appears like twice One full Screen along with the short screen which appears like mess with slow operation and also while i was trying to update via Xolo care app it is showing that already upto date.I hope the XOLO Q3000 Firmware which was available in internet doesnt seems to be the perfect one?? Please suggest.

My sugession is to pls root via framaroot & have S011 stock ROM &feel free..that's it bcoz S003 don't have OTA Update of S011

Thank you for your suggestion but Avi320 provided the S011 flashable files for our Q3000 provided by Hadiyalkrishna .
See my other post it has the links with the files so that may help in future.

Have you tried it?
Can it be installed via cwm recovery or only through sp flash tools?.
One more thing. Is there any visible differences from v3??

no, i haven't tried it yet. i'm happy using Mere rom.it can be installed only by sp flash tools.

Link is dead. I have searched it everywhere but still can't find the stock rom since all the custom roms are eating up battery like anything. need help.

I think battery problem is also present in stock rom v3. I mean sudden battery drop. Has anyone used this? How is the v4?

i couldn't find any cwm recovery
i tried rom manager also but couldn't find anything
i found a recovery img but don't know how to flash it
could any one help!
edit: found cwm recovery and flashed

Does it have usb otg support or not?... if not may be you can try to make the micromax unite-2 a106 otg patch work with it.....

Yes, but in camera it is showing max resolution is 5mp. But it has the quality of 13mp.and yes led is working fine (on charging) and or you can use led manager app.

Permission manager is not working. Otherwise the rom is fine.

What is this search app? It has tons of permissions and i can't find it in the apps/priv-app folder in system. Kingroot also classify it as high risk.

There is a app called search in this rom. It has many permissions. I want to remove it but i am not able to. Kingroot also can't uninstall the app and classify it as high risk.

Bro create one separate Google Account for Xolo Q3000 Roms so that you can have space for your storage.If we follow this we can go to other android versions apart from kitkat. If anyone is interested to build rom from scratch(source) for our device message me i will help.

I used it for about 1 and half days.
If i get the permission from sir i can post it!
Bugs: are fm fc and find device fc so far.
Additional to miui twerks the long screenshot(scroll) is working properly.
And we also get very low brightness feature just as in redmi note 4
Battery and performance twerks added!?
