I know CyanogenMod already fixed this but I am not sure how to. I made a custom Cyanogen build for my phone,. but it hangs on "starting apps". Any help is appreciated.

CyanogenMod is built as a per device development. We do not host a generic CyanogenMod forum. As so, could you please state the Manufacturer & Model of your device so we could better approach your issue guiding you to the appropriate experts?

I am using the one and only Motorola G 2013 (Motorola Falcon). Is there any way I can also test the ROM on an emulator, too?

I have looked around and can't find a method there may be one on here that I haven't found but I hope I can get some luck here :laugh: .
I have already rooted but I am looking for some help unlocking the bootloader as I have had some trouble doing so .
Additional info:
LG-E980
KitKat 4.4.2
If any other info is needed tell me down below I am new to the android community .
