I think we should be quite happy to have 4.1.2 already.
People might start developing 4.2.2 later, please be patience, and be happy with the dev there is at the moment.

Not possible CM11s lockscreen has certain dependencies that AOSP Roms are missing. Mahdi already explained that CM11S lock screen is not going to be ported over.
