Normal, don't worry it will not affect on anything

Mine is a JAZZ since B522 also. No issue, just a model name. The OS knows it is a TL10. All works fine.

It's normal, should not be an issue, and if your phone is rooted it's easy to fix as well if you don't like to see Jazz in place of the correct model, in the System information.

Same as mine.
I did alter my build prop but there is no need.

If your phone is rooted, then edit the build prop field ro.product.model to change your model number from Jazz to HUAWEI MT7-TL10. You can use Kernel Adiutor(Root) or any other similar application available on playstore to edit the build prop. None of this would make any difference to the phone performance though.

Ok thanks

For LT09 or LT10 ?
This forum needs a clean up. Not even a single index thread.

Agreed. Nobody bothers to mention the version number and then everybody is in trouble. The OP didn't bothered to mention what he is looking for? And the other person also didn't mention whether it is for L09 or L10...

Yip L09. Changed my post to avoid trouble...
There should be no trouble, cause there is a doc file inside the ZIP file saying L09.
BTW lnxs05 asked for the Rom in another thread and thats why i knew he wants L09

That's weird. I do see that that @chudy_85 does not have a B571 for TL10 listed on his thread, however if there is TWRP backup available then someone did have the firmware.
@mshirq,
If you have got to B560 you probably know how to get back to B522. You might get a OTA for B571 once you are on B522, if your phone is from Europe. I have a L09 and I got an OTA update for B571, after I changed my region to eu and installed B522, I cant bet on the same for TL10 though.
To find your region, go to project menu and check the vendor and country information under network info. Let me know what you see there.
I managed to get my TL10 B560 updated to B571 via Ota upgrade. I unrooted it, changed the region to EU, and after a day or so of checking the Updater in Settings, I got the 300mb update. So it is possible.

b122 firmware nowhere to be found

as in the title: if you do a google search there are a lot of sites claiming b122 for the mate 9 should be available but it is not downloadable anymore.
Anyone tried this firmware? my mate 9 is currently running b109sp2 wich is the prerelease beta as was demonstrated during the presentation in Munchen early november.
You can found it on xda. I found a link. I m on the same firmware as yours.

Where is that B122 link that you speak off here on XDA? I find only bogus and not to be trusted websites that claim they have a downloadlink available.
CarbonTesla is my usual go-to for Huawei update links - the links posted there are to the official mirrors.
B122 here.
Won't flash though. Errors out at 5% even though it's the correct build for the correct SKU. This thread tracks research into alternative flashing methods.
Thanks

I just switched my new baby on a couple of hours ago. All good.
Version b109sp2
Got the firmware from another thread but it is indeed not flashable at the moment.
Looks like Huawei has locked firmware upgrading in some way haha.
Well just enjoy my phone then for now.
I can get anyone interested updated to B122. Let me know if anyone wants to try.
World Premiere : kernel 4.1.18 and F2FS on board !
Hope some guys will confirm a demo version :
kernel 4.1.18 (Oct2016)
F2FS http://www.notebookcheck.net/Huawei-Mate-9-Phablet-Review.182825.0.html
This is the best android news for 2016!
Maybe Huawei will GPL3 this kernel, so we could dream cm14.1 on that beast...

Yes, that was the case with EMUI 4.1 for me as well.
After the EMUI 5 update though I see the full changelog.

Oh Okay. Was a bit worried about this because I wasn't even getting OTAs while other guys get it. Thought there's something wrong with EMUI updater that it isn't syncing with their server.

Dec 23 ota updated me to h83020n 7.0 WTF?

I am using a locked tmobile lg g5 on metro pcs. I believe I was on 7.1 h83020i. I got an update notice and I'm pretty sure it downgraded me. I am fairly new to this phone and eagerly awaiting the oreo update. I will attach a pick here of my info. Please tell me if this is unusual or normal and what happened it the latter.

"i" is older, "n" is the last. LG roms have alphabetic names (before "n" was "m")

There is no 7.1 for the G5
Use code 277634#*# in the dialer and check version info and post a screenshot of the anti roll back version on that page.
