[Completed] how do i flash this to my phone?

Hello guys,
I really need your help to flash this ROM on my phone, I am using GT N 7000, and currently i am on 4.1.2 Version, and ROM that i am using is : Sweet ROM - Firmware version is: JZO54K.N7000XXLT9.
ROM Version is : 10.5 Black.
Please help me to how to go about flashing this ROM..
I don't want my phone to turn in to a Brick.

Simply follow the instructions in the rom thread.... Usually first post or so.
If you need further help, you can register and post in the rom thread.
I believe this is the rom thread?

Please, i need your help. I have a Galaxy S5 sm-g900h and i tried to install the one click CM. But during the process it told me that there´s no ROMS for my device. Why? I love your work. You have talent. Can you help me please? I hope you can. Happy new year CM xD

I found this about CM ROM on your device: Cyanogenmod coming to Galaxy S5 ... so still only supported for the klte variants of the S5.
But there are other custom ROMs available for your device, such as:
[ROM][24DEC] XtreStoLite INTL, LP & G900H [414MB°Super Debloated°AddonPackage]
[rom] [MIUI V5 4.8.11] by Ry09iu only for G900H
[ROM][G900H][4.4.2]Zephyr Lite v3,Rooted,Knox Free,Debloated,Odexed, ANK1 TW Rom
[N]ation v2.1.1 ROM - G900HXXU1ANJ2 - TouchWiz Style

Thanks a lot man. I´m really sad. Expend a lot of money on a phone that i can´t customize. I´m tired of Xposed modules.

Hello, and thank you for using XDA Assist!
Unfortunately, we don't ask for when something arrives (ETA is a taboo word here). Asking that puts unnecessary pressure on the developer/developers (who are working for free), which may result in hands thrown up in the air with the words shouted "That's it, I quit!".
A better question would be, "Is there plans for Lollipop-based ROM on the Quattro?"
Please go ahead and register for an account, so you can post in other forums. You can then ask that question in the > Legacy & Low Activity Devices > Samsung Galaxy Grand Quattro > Galaxy Grand Quattro Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting forum.
In the meantime, you can try the custom ROMs that already exist in the development forum. Not as new as Lollipop, but still look worthy.

There are a lot of custom ROMs available for your device.
Please check the ROM/kernel index thread: [INDEX][I9505][19 Oct] CUSTOM ROMS and KERNELS LIST [COMPREHENSIVE] by friedrich420.
Or the ROM list.
There is a Note 4 port, but IDK if it's what you're looking for.
And I found an S6 port ... with Note 5 feature ... maybe you will have to check it yourself: [ROM] Albe95 S6 FULL PORT 4.5 [S6/N5 APPS & FEATURE PORT] (UPDT 23/09/15) by Albe95
