Regarding you RH-01 error code, I could find a few successful overcomes onto the below threads that you may find useful reading even not being directed specific for your device:

So i just started getting the insuffiecient error message when im trying to dowbload instagram and even the apk still the error message i even tried unistalling gapps and reinstalling but same error message. I downloaded this other app from the play store to test if other apos download and it did. This is getting really annoying as i cant get instagram. Greatly appreciated if anybody could help me out here thanks.

hello I just recently rooted my phone with kingroot as I wanted to use a crack on play store and also a custom rom and now i've rooted my phone I keep getting "unfortunately the process com.google.process.gapps has stopped" i've tried everything to try stop it happening and nothing works also i dont think i can[ get a rom for my timmy phon i got from ebay can anyone helpme?

There is no forum specifically for Timmy phones at this time but I suggest that you ask your question with all relevant details in the friendly general Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting forum at http://forum.xda-developers.com/android/help. That's a good place to start where members familiar with your device might be able to advise you. Hello! New here, I've scanned through the forums but haven't found any discussion on my specific tablet, don't want to screw it up.
I've googled and tried a few apks to get google play on my tablet but no luck, I seem to get the problem parsing error usually.....
If anyone could help me it would be very much appreciated!
Would it be possible to get the playstore on there without rooting?
