I hope you have already found an answer. If not, I have flashed the recovery from here this morning. You can find a short howto here.

I don't think you can without reflashing stock rom.
BTW whats the problem with cwm or twrp ???
They are much better than stock recovery
And we don't get any OTA update so we don't need stock recovery for any reason..

You can extract it from the relevant RUU yourself using the RUU decrypt tool. Google and the forums are your friend here.

As said above you can extract the stock recovery from the RUU using the RUU decrypt tool

I had some issue's when testing the new Magisk and need to get my phone booting again. I sadly only have the stock boot .img for b360 which doesn't help me.

Shoot, nevermind guys, I actually found a backup boot.img that Magisk made in my /Data/boot_randomstring.img.gz
I just extracted this and flashed in fastboot. worked like a charm. Thanks Magisk!

I am in the same situation. I recently unlocked my bootloader and flashed RROS. Now I want to go back to stock. I have the TWRP backup of B385. But I was wondering how can I get the stock recovery back. Do you think the boot.img would help me? If yes, can you please send that to me? My model is FRD-L04

I mean yes, you will need stock recovery and stock boot to be able to restore back to stock within e-recovery.
