I got two questions...
1- Do you want to make your own theme?
2- Or are you trying to take components from other themes to make one theme?

Answer: Go to themes then click customize from there you can piece together themes to make your perfect theme.

Uhmm possibly but its hard and u cant really do that much its just pretty much archived named .mtz so u will have to un archive edit and re archive or i think u can just name the folder theme.mtz(obviously not theme...)

i wanting to change the way my battery looks i was going to try and use the android battery and make it purple.
I modified the Black Ice theme for MIUI. I was able to get rid of the Chinese characters on lockscreen. I also changed the bootanimation to the Google boot animation. Here it is if somebody wants it.

Yeah just look up how to theme miui and find a good guide then place the file u want tobchange in the app name in the mtz

Your launcher must be modified to enable theme chooser or just simply use module, see here: [Xposed] SecThemeChooser for Note 3 [Updated: Fully Working]

Another update, but this time as completely new theme with new icons and wallpapers.
Hey guys just need a tester to verify for me that my Theme Park or the individual themes I've ported work for the Note3 as well. Theres over a 100 to choose from: You must have S6 Apps or be using an "S6 Ported" ROM to have really good results otherwise results may very as to how well or full the theme will appear.
100+ THEMES FOR S6 PORTED APPS ON NOTE 4, 3, S5& S4
Individual Themes (a directory, download a zip and flash in FlashFire or Custom Recovery)
If you cant get a certain app to theme its more than likely not a good port. I recommend Albe95's Ports their great!
I also would like my Theme Park tested it does a little more than just visual theme:
dOPE Layers Theme Park
You can use the Theme Park no matter what kind of ROM your on because theres themes for Lollipop or for S6 Lollipop!
to Install download the .zip and run through Custom Recovery, it is built with Aroma!

in the theme park theres previews located in the Aroma directory of meta otherwise you can check out original thread for a few screens... or you can google the "theme name" + S6 and you will probably come up with a few screens. until I know for sure this works for Note3/4 & S5 I wont be doing much for screenshots.
anyone that tries it please post screens for future use and if you try it please post results and what you installed here for now! THANKS!

thats what the individual zips for specific themes are for! just flash in FF or whatever. needs S6 ported apps please post ROM and Results!

Tried on 935FD SE 9 Oreo. but it shows trial in themes. But theme is awesome so what it looks during trial time. Is there any flashable zip to " remove trial" like in Nought.

I tried this theme earlier when I first came across it hoping that it wasn't too buggy and to my surprise its almost the evening and I haven't had any problems, I should also mention I'm using a T-Mobile Galaxy note8 running Oreo and I use ruthless launcher religiously, I'm really not into all the circles and blue colors but all in all the theme is nice

I had the same issue, here how i fixed it
Uninstall theme if you installed it before
Switch off wifi or mobile data
Wipe data of Samsung Themes (ThemeStore.apk) & Theme (ThemeCenter.apk). I can easily did this step with Titanium Backup. Of course, my device was rooted
Install theme apk
Open theme store and enjoy !!!
