Android L Bootanimation [.qmg] All S4 variants with Stock or GPE ROM

Hi all,
This is the Android L Bootanimation in .qmg format.
Found in S5 forums and 100% working on S4 with Stock based roms.
it contains the Bootanimation, shutdownanimation and SamsungLoop animation.
it will overwrite your actual Bootanimation, so backup yours before flashing... just in case.
All I did is put it in a flashable zip to make life easier.

How to flash:
Boot into revovery (CWM, Philz, TWRP)
Flash the .zip
Reboot and Enjoy

if you have a custom recovery and using a stock based rom, you can give it a try..it should work.
Backup first..just in case something goes wrong.

No...as mentioned in OP..it's for stock based samsung roms only!
CM and GPE don't support .qmg files.

Does this work on the P version?
The other thread posted a P version MIUI and it hang at the miui logo.
Do I have to flash the non p recovery for this?
I don't care if I brick my phone, I'm gonna test this out and report back if it works.

It's not his rom, he just replaced updater script in rom from 4pda.ru.

Thank you for posting this to XDA, I know there are indeed people wanting to run MIUI on the S2+.
Also, GPS works for me in Weather and Google Maps even if it does not in Compass.

Just flash cooldev's CWM or TWRP for 9105 with Odin and then flash the rom through the custom recovery

I lose root everytime i flash your kernel. I flashed Amits root and twrp first, but when i flash your kernel root is gone and i can't get it back even with flashing the root.zip you provided. So can you please post step-by-step list of actions we should do with clean installed V3 to use your kernel and keep root?

Hello, I've got a problem with this kernel used with the stock 5.1.1 Rom. After about 24 hours of the phone working, all apps are getting killed in the background, the phone is unusable (even touchwiz is killed and loaded again after going into an another app). Only a restart helps. Please help asap.

can it done with kitkat ?
also i cannot find the su.img in system directory

Finally Mi has released its MIUI 10 and I have tested it on the INDIAN Redmi Note 5 Pro and everything is working well right now including:
1. Camera
2.Calling
3.Google Playstore (installed with Google Installer 2.0)
and everything else.
The link is given below download and flash it with twrp ,perform a clean wipe.

no it doesnt encrypts its working very good for a beta rom
