Hello everyone. I'm trying to update to MM 6.0.1 using this thread.
But when after it finishes flashing, my phone reboots, not to download mode, but to the Samsung Galaxy S5 Screen and get's stuck.
So when I manually reboot to Download mode and flash G900V_PD1_Bootloader.tar.md5 with odin (in the AP slot of course)
it just reboots and get's stuck on the same Samsung screen.
Note: I followed this guide to root my phone, on 5.0 with PB1
Might need to wipe

I downloaded CF-autoroot and followed these steps and now it is stuck on bootloop. I downloaded Odin 3.10.6 and right cf-auroroot version as well.

"When done, you should see “RESET!” on ODIN program and your S6/S6 Edge will reboot to show something like below. This is where CF-Auto Root roots your S6/S6 Edge."
It never boots into recovery and it's immposible to manually boot to it as well. It just auto-reboot and stuck on "samsung powered by android."
I'm trying to download stock ROM from sammobile but its gonna take 4 hours thanks to 15 kb/s freemium download. -.-
edit: I've solved it with Samsung Kies firmware initialization but still no root
edit 2: Retried and now it's rooted
Please tell me how exactly you got out of the stuck android screen. I am in the same situation and I cant get out of it. Kies doesn't recognize my device.
If you have the AOD firmware than install twrp through ODIN and then flash the latest super SU file (2.46 or something) from chainfire's website through twrp. Beware of the deep sleep issue.
That's how i got my phone rooted.
Good Evening/Hello/Hi,
I own a Samsung Galaxy J5 (J500G) and running stock firmware (LOLLIPOP), rooted. Lately I'm replacing the Linker file to use some rooted apps "https://gameguardian.net/forum/topic/7229-gameguardian-lollipop-fix/". I reboot my phone and it stuck in bootloop mode....Then I'm removing the battery and replug it to see if it works,It didn't. My Galaxy J now won't respond to any hardkey and the screen is dead. So I cannot boot to recovery or download mode...Please help me
Thank you:crying:

1. Download firmware from here: Firmware for SM-J500G
2. Connect your phone with your pc
3. Open odin and select PDA on older versions or AP on newer versions.
4. Select the stock firmware
5. Click start and wait until its done.
For further help, ask here: [RECOVERY][TWRP][J500] TWRP 2.8.7.0 for Samsung Galaxy J5 or [ROOT] How to root Samsung Galaxy J500F or the members in that particular thread (who owns Galaxy J5)

It's in bootloop. Just download the image, go into download mode and flash it via Odin.

thank u....i have resolved the problem by doing the installing of twrp process all over again but with installing unikernel before boot up the device
This problem started after I tried to install XPOSED my phone was rooted.... when I installed XPOSED I got a boot loop and accidentally erased everything even my OS somehow... I got TWRP back on my phone but cant do anything else it just boots up onto the GALAXY S6 screen ive tried to install stock firmware but it keeps saying FAIL on ODIN I followed step by step I need help!
90% of the time Odin fails if u trying to downgrade. Why not just download one of the ROMs on XDA and flash it via twrp
Can you link me to one?
I was in lollipop and i rooted it and installed TWRP. I download tyrannus rom which is marshmallow. After wiping and installing the phone stuck at booting. I waited 30 min but still it shows same screen. I don't know what is happening how should i fix?
