AT&T HOX Sense 5 update problem

I am from Israel . I own an AT&T HOX and can't get the OTA update .
I am using windows 8.1 64 bit and the RUU keep fail at the same time (Error 170/1) .
I don't know what should I do, I preffer to keep the stock ROM .
PLEASE HELP !
You probably need to find a PC with an earlier version of Windows, anything below Windows 8 should be OK. Windows 8 has no compatible drivers for fastboot.

Fastboot won't work with windows 8.1. You're gonna need either an older version of windows or some kind of virtual machine I guess
there is an xda trick to do that...just google fastboot win 8.1 xda

Honestly, don't bother, the chances of you getting fastboot working on 8.1 are so slim. You'd be much better off investing your time and energy into getting hold of a PC with win8 or below on it.

The same problem still persists even in Windows 10 Anniversary Update. The solution is documented in this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/htc-one-s/general/guide-fix-fastboot-windows-8-1-t2858337
I tested yesterday and it works (I made the registry change directly).

[Completed] [Q]Unlocked bootloader, can't flash nexus 7. Please help.

I upgraded to lollipop two months before. I was waiting for the new lollipop. But after upgrading I realised that lollipop made my brilliant tablet mad. So, I decided to downgrade it to KitKat 4.4.4. I didn't installed android sdk for getting platform tools insted I copied that from my brother's laptop. I unlocked bootloader and tried to flash it. But now I can only see bootloader when turn the tablet on. When flashing it erases system and send the system, at that time it says unknown file transaction error. My computer is running in windows xp sp2. Can I flash it using my brother's laptop. Anyone who know the answer please reply to my question.
Hi
Thanks for writing to us at XDA Assist. Which generation of the Nexus 7 do you have please?

How to upgrade Nokia Lumia 520 to windows 8.1 (in 2018)

I tried searching this everywhere, but the only answer i got is that windows released a "preview for developers version of windows 8.1" through which most of the people upgraded to 8.1. Now my problem is that i recently got this phone and it has windows 8 installed in it, and when i check for phone updates it says that you are already on the latest version.
So what i need help with is that is there anyway through which i can upgrade my Lumia 520 to windows 8.1
Thanks
