I mean, seriously, what do you think what an "official" ROM is? There is no "big Google wizard" who says "hell yes, this build is now *official*, certified and licensed", everything comes from the community.
Two examples:
- @dhacker29 committed his device trees to CM, when they approve it, it will become "official"
- The devs from Carbon asked me to upload my stuff to their gerrit, when they approve it, it will become "official"
This is the way how ROMs are brought to many devices. Do you really think all the devs of the ROMs that are ported to many devices can afford all the devices they support?
So please, do us all a favor - go back to stock, this way you can have your "official" build and leave people do their work that they do for free, with the aim to bring interesting stuff to people.

Don't think cheap phones are the problem more so than expensive phones, could someone with a galaxy s4 make the same comment? I think they could. I know a lot of people that own an s4 and they don't even know it is android at all.

Any cm bugs should also be present here. I am having trouble syncing dhacker's latest sources... Don't have a clue why

Paranoid Android 5.0-ALPHA1 Unofficial Builds for the Moto G. It builds now so I'm just sharing!
Make sure you flash the Falcon build, not the Bacon build.
Many thanks to the ParanoidAndroid team for making my favourite Rom!! I am just a builder, they've done a lot of hard work to make this!
I'll be compiling once every day or so... And also, everything built is unmodified and comes straight from /AOSPA-Legacy on github.

Guys some one please explain to me the difference between these 3 builds of Android 7.1.1 for galaxy note3
I know that aicp and rr roms come with different options, but want to know which one are the base rom? i mean which one the main android os that the other devs take and modify on to create roms for our devices?

Right now for our device RR and AICP are based on lineageOS. Unfortunately RR 5.8.1 was deleted from AICP thread for some reason.

I didnt make them cause:
1. Its a patchrom
2. I dont like to make a patchrom cause it has a lot of bugs
3. Ril will not work

Tesla, MoKee, BlissPop, MaxiCM. Its the most stable roms.
