Can anyone help me to solve my problem
1. My phone Honor 6 Plus TL10 lock phone finder after i factory reset by use key (forget mail and password)
2. If so how can i unlock bootloader ( i can't dial code to get IMIE and Product Key...)
3. If i can't unlock bootloader, Can i solve my problem at first ?

Hi, in my town said that only here to find help. I have a panasonic Eluga , phone lock password was wrong and had entered. I do not know your google account. Hard reset unfortunately also asks for a password which I do not know and never assumed. Here I found a video with the same problem youtube.com/watch?v=wD84KT0FnKs

Been looking for the hard reset password for a while now. I cant find it anywhere. The solution I was given was to post the phone to Panasonic with proof of purchase to italy or germany
I cannot make phone calls. The instant I click on the green dial button the stock dialer app closes. I can receive phone calls sometimes. I can send and receive SMS no problem, every time. Data/Internet is not a problem.
I have trouble shooted at length with my carrier Telus but the problem seems to be with the phone. I have changed my SIM card with a friends. I have factory reset. I have installed the updates to B015.
Nobody in this forum seems to have this problem. I'm not looking forward to speaking English with Huawei customer support...

Flash the new B015 (But you have the original recovery plan have,no TWRP!)
Download this: B015
Extract the zip and copy the UPDATE APP in dload Folder in internal Memory.(when no is dload folder available, create a new one)
Go in Settings to Updateprogram-Menu-Local Update.
Maybe after that a factory reset try.
I hope this helps.

I have B015 but I did your B015 update.
Result: Dialer no longer crashes! But... it still doesn't dial out.
I have tried not stock dialer such as the dialer app True Phone but I still get the same bug.
I tried factory resets before your update.
I am waiting the 2 weeks for Huawei to give me the password to unlock the bootloader.
I guess I now need to try Huawei customer in English.
I also fear that if they give me the unlock password before I call customer support that they will not support the phone because my understanding is you lose warranty support when you unlock the bootloader.

I still have this problem. I can only dial out to my voice mail. I have asked for the password from Huawei to unlock my phone but they do not email it to me.

Use the DC-Unlocker method to unlock your phone.
Hi guys, I bought the lg g flex 2 h950 att version and when i put another sim card it asked me to put a code, and i thought it was my sim card code. I put it like 10 times and a message appeared and said that the phone was permanently locked out.
I did a reset, a hard reset in recovery mode and it did not work, i also saw that i can reinstall firmware, but my version is 5.1.1 of android and if i do it my phone will brick. So what can i do? Please i have no idea

Hi men, I could fix it, i took it to a technician and he told me that was locked by at&t, of course i knew that, and that there was a server on the internet that could free that lock. I paid like 20$ on that page, honestly i don`t know what page is it but it was the solution, not flashing or even installing a new firmware

Currently my phone sim locked 1 should only be used 1 2G sim mode ... how to turn off the CDMA mode on your phone to be able to use two SIM and 3G mode ? ...

did u upgrade the device to lollipop (Honor 6 Plus), if you want to downgrade i have a file which will help you to downgrade.

I dont have in settings menu cellular data for that i have to enter the project menu (*#*#2846579#*#*) but at android 5.1 i cant change settings because i need a password at background menu only at android 4.4 i can do this but i dont know how to downgrade

Your phone need to be unlocked again. Avoid updates.
