I've been playing around, flashing roms and all.
and i am really interested to learn and be a developer.
I have 0 knowledge abt programming and all but i do know some basic stuff.

Are you focusing on any specific manufacturer/device to develop for, as you will need it to test your experiments, or is a more general goal?

Xda university is a place for you ...it teaches from basic...

First Root your phone... Then clear all the basic terms like Bootloader, Kernel, etc. When you're all set, try building your own basic Rom. Try searching For Neroyoung's Complete Android ROM Guide.

I just wanted to know what I need to learn to mod a rom, I have a Galaxy Mini 2 and I'm new to modding..I know PHP and HTML very very well ( i'm familliary with webmaster coding ) and I want to learn about modding on Android..I tried the ADT but it is very...complicated. So if anyone knows where I can start post here pls..

I have done a little myself. if you search for tutorials you should find quite a few, that will help you get started. I have read a few here o XDA that were pretty good

If I knew where to start I'd already started searching..but I don't know where I need to start..at programming or editing any files with special programs for making themes or idk.. maybe someone can tell me where to start with all, or a topic with details would be the best.

I've searched on the internet, and am posting here just to see what you guys are using as a reference in making ROMs
oh, and also if possible, it teaches how to build roms especially for P3110 by using stock Jelly Bean as its source

Umm, yes I'm new to XDA mythi. I'm thinking of this thread as a bridge to any Rom-developing thread that could be found, and also, having references from experienced devs like yourself (great work with Galaxy Peria / Fast Dream ) is different from using search. Anyway, thank you for the help

There are many tutorial on the internet explaining this. While many of local android manufacturer have poor developer support, I guess something as simple as rooting is possible.
absolutely I just found many good way to do this from xda group in telegram, anyway there are a lot of good people right there. they're really² patiently teach me a little by little until finally I got what I needed. so ya this case have been solved
