Thanks for writing to us at XDA Assist. Unfortunately I don't think such a thing exists. A quick search found this one:
[ROM][4.2.2][B3][GT-I9060][GRAND NEO] GenNxt Pre-Rooted Stock
That's just a rooted stock ROM though. Unfortunately low-end devices such as this rarely receive any attention from developers. You can keep an eye out in this section though:
