Database Info

unfortunately the process com.android. phone has stopped

pls help me i am newbie for android. when someone is calling me on my xolo a500s ips its giving an error msg that ''UNFORTUNATELY THE PROCESS COM.ANDROID.PHONE HAS STOPED''. so i am unable to recieve anu call.
allready tried below methods but nothing happend
1. opend setting>app>all>phone>app info>clear data and then rebooted
2.made a factory reset
3. tried by changing sim and memory card
4. force closed google services,contacts,gmail.fb
5. setting>app>menu>reset app prefrence
but nothing happend pls help me

Try flashing an official stock firmware for your device.

I am also having same problem. I also reinatalled software yet the problem is there.

dOWNLOAD A CUSTOM rom and custom recovery then format your /system and /data also /cache / and dalvik cache then install the custom rom fresh

Can I get the link.
Can i get the link to download that custom file and a video to understand how to do it.

[Q] A few problems with my Moto G

I have a Moto G XT1034 with system version172.44.4.falcon_umts.awsretail.en.us
The device is giving me these problems:
It does not allow me to access security in settings. Each time I select it gives me the following error: Unfortunately, Settings has stopped.
I cannot uninstall the apps I install. Whenever I try to uninstall an app the mobile reboots itself.
The device hasn't updated from 4.4.2.
I have been using the device for a year now & can't find the solution to these issues. I have rooted the phone too. Can anyone help me out with this?

[Q] Can't use moto g

This week a friend of mine had a weird problem on his moto g (xt1033 dual sim Brazilian version). All process are stopping with the following message: "com.google.process.gapps has stopped", "Google Play Store has stopped" and all the apps i try to open are stopping, so it's impossible to go settings and reset the phone or try to uninstall a app. I tried to solve it searching for 2 days in all forums. I tried hard reset, adb commands, fastboot commands and nothing. The moto g is a lollipop 5.0.2. I got the logcat a bugreport in case you guys understand this problem. It seems that the internal memory can't be erased and root acess is impossible because i try to install all the TWRP variants and none of them worked. I unlock the bootloader so there's is no warranty left.
(i tried to flash Gapps and doens't work...maybe a update.zip with the google apks should work??? )

Getting error com.android.com process has stopped

Hello.. I am using moto g 2015 X1550 and recently flashed cm12.1, all the features are working fine except one issue.. I have dual sim in my mobile and both have data connection. When I try to switch data between sim1 to sim2 or vice-versa I am getting error message saying com.android.phone process stopped, I have to restart my mobile twice to overcome the issue. I have tried factory reset too but no luck. Any solutions are there to fix this issue permanently?.. Please help..

Hi there !
I recommend that you reflash your phone in fastoot mode to stock. Then flash the rom.
This solution is known to fix this kind of problem!

Hello,
Can you tell us which gapps did you flash?And which recovery do you use?
A temporary fix is, go to recovery and using file manager there, you may mount system and delete setupwizard.apk from system>priv-app.
Also, you may register for a XDA account to post and reply in the forum.
