[Completed] Google empty persistent noticifation. - XDA Assist

I have an empty notification that won't go away. Well it's not really empty, the title says Google. When I tap it, it opens Google now settings.

i deleted this apps but they show up in display over other apps, how can i remove that? thanks!

Earlier today I was going through my phone trying to delete one of my Google accounts from my Google play. I dunno what I clicked, because now the font has changed. I want to change it back but I don't know how.

In the EVA9 update, the option for hiding this notification has been removed from developer options. Anyone found a way to hide it again?
