cm13 vs RESURRECTION REMIX [5.6.9] rom - Moto G 2015 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

which rom is better cm13 or RESURRECTION REMIX [5.6.9] according to battery backup , camera etc ???

resurrection has lots of features and is based on cm so just use resurrection

Turbo rom is best
Y rr rom????? turbo rom and broken os is best for each other.

Thats a matter of preference
Cm13 is perfect with right balance of features and performance.
Resurrection gives complete customization you can think of.
Personally I like both and I switch between them like every couple of weeks.
The battery usage depends on several factors including the kernel and usage patterns. So the best way to decide would be to clean flash them one by one and use for sometime.
Btw camera looks the same to me, both snap and moto. Hope it helps[emoji4] .

MIUI itself, is already a great ROM, it provides better battery management.
But since the lacks of official stable ROM for MI4i, u can always try things out.
My reccomendations are:
1. CM 12
2. Infinitive OS (Daily Driver)
Just experiment,
cheers.

Most stable Nougat ROM

Can someone please quickly tell me their favourite/most stable Nougat ROMs for Moto G, I've been out of touch from the forums for a bit.
Thanks.
My favorite was [ROM][7.0.0_r19]AOSP+OMS/Substratum for Moto G![14th NOV]. But it has not been updated for quite a while now. My new favorite is [ROM][Falcon][7.1.1_r4][Nougat]Slim7 - UNOFFICIAL. No unwanted bs and super stable.
I'm a AOSP lover. my first fvrt krexus MM. 2nd fvrt is IDcrisis 6.
edit: sorry, I didn't noticed op asked about nougat.
Slim 7 OR AOSPExtended
Hi all Nougat user there,
Want to switch Nougat, I need suggestion.
currently um on Krexus MM, that's rock stable and extremely battery friendly. with xposed greenify I get over 7+ hour SOT with music playing, 3g connection and chat app.
I need ur recommendation for Nougat if there better rom. which u recommend?
*no need lot of feature just need stable daily driver.
*AOSP preferable.
*no need frequent update, just need stability, lagg free after nonstop many day uses.
* I've dual sim version falcon xt1033.
thanks in advance.

Vanir or viperOS
did a rehash on all latest builds from respective noughat ROMs. very impressed with;
AOSP based;
pure-nexus very small footprint, has all the essential features
dirty-unicorns has all the features, still small footprint, latest october sec. patches
Lineage based;
i would vote lineageOS best, not bloated (like of old) at all still being actively developed. (vanir from the looks of it is almost identical to lineage)
Viper has again has most features.

After installing AOSP Extended.. I never have to think to cange the rom.... so my best is AOSP extended.

Which one the best for dialy use ?

Which one the best custom ROM for mi4i ?
1. RR 5.8.3 (7.1.2)
2. Pixel ROM (7.1.1)
3. Linage OS (7.1.2)
4. AICP (7.1.1)
5. Slim7 (7.1.1)
and which one best karnel tweak for better battery life ?
PLEASE HELP ME
RR consumes to much battery.
Pixel Rom doesn't get updated much.
Latest build of Lineage by hashroot doesn't boot up(7.1.2)
Aicp maintainer lost his phone
Slim7 lacks features.
I suggest to use crDroid v3 and give it 2-3 battery cycles battery will improve and performance is good in it.
Try AEX latest also it's smooth.
After testing latest aicp and crdroid. If you want battery performance go with aicp. Crdroid if you need overall smooth and snappy performance.
I was on AICP. it was doing great for me but then the dev lost his phone and discontinued the devlopment.
Now im on crdoid it has smooth performence and battery life is ok.
If u want smoothness, go for AOSPEXTENDED,
Its superb. For the fluidity.
Hey is Aicp project discontinued
No 7.x.x rom is good..every rom will make your phone like a fry pan

what is the most basic nougat 7.1 rom?

like aosp but updated cause the one we have has no updates
You did not tell us if you have Osprey or Merlin phone. If you have an Osprey, like me:
I guess the ported stock Nougat ROM will be the most basic. Link: https://forum.xda-developers.com/20.../rom-stock-rom-6-0-1-optimized-t3609991/page1
Check this thread for further ROM suggestions for Osprey:

Or just search through the Original Android Development forum for all different G3 variants:

Lineage OS is also a great Nougat rom. Almost AOSP, no heavy customization and great stability
If you do go for more customizations AOSP Extended is great
Pure Nexus ROM: very stable (my daily driver and never found any issue), smooth and very simple and light ROM ?
LineageOS or aosp-caf, I’d say
I agree with @nubry Purenexus is my favorite for a close to AOSP rom.

LINEAGE EXTENDED MIDO [REDMI NOTE 4x]
