Just took delivery of a new X005, bootloaoder was unlocked, applied root (kingo) and now is stuck in bootloop with Asus graphic. Have wiped cache partition (twice) and completed a full wipe & reset (twice) to no avail.
Asus don't have anything up yet for download. Can I flash CM on to the device for now? I'm a noobie, so might not have all the terms but am confident I can figure things out if I get a little assist. Thanks

Hi! First time here.
I have a TIMMY M9 and it was giving me a LOT of problems (tojans, ad popups, install app auto and soo on).
I have started with the root - all well (by KingRoot) . Deleted a lot of risk app, but there are apps that keep "auto-installing"!
Like: bcfservice; documents; LocationServices; overland.
I belive the best option is to flash a new, clean, room. The problem is - I donĀ“t believe there are other rooms! :crying:
So, my question is - what do you sugest??
Thanks 4 your patience!

So here I am, fresh from a couple of days of all sort of stuff reading..
The phone: star s5/Miz Z2 (MT6589, rom: 5gb, android 4.2.1)
What I understood so far: different ROMs can be installed through the recovery software, but stock recoveries don't provide for that option.
I was then looking for a CWM or similar so to backup my current (stock) ROM as well.
Has anything ever been made compatible for this model?
Thanks
