Actually my device is indian dual sim model (sd), regarding the device info bootloader unlocked, s-off, supercid.
I need to make my indian to use with 4g, i was not bother weather it is single sim or dual i need to make my device work with 4g sim,
for this i need to know which model ruu and hbot i need to flash

Mine also is same phone.... I didn't flash anything...
I just put 4g sim of AIRTEL and my 4g is on.....

Is it true! i was using the same airtel on the same device but i was not getting the signal may i know the reason behind this??

Does t-mobile phones tend to work with your carrier?
Now there is method to sim unlock the ONE S for free, soo if you have a friend with a rooted One S you can sim unlock it and pop in your sim to see if it works

Hey, I'm in the process of trying to unlock my SIM. I have my unlock code but when I switch the SIM card, I do not get a prompt to enter in the unlock. I'm on AOKP build 40 HTC ONE S.

Have you try to reboot the phone and see if that work?

Yes, I've rebooted numerous times and still unable to get the prompt.
I solved my problem! I figured out that I had to go back to my orginal RUU to unlock my SIM. I couldn't unlock my SIM using the AOKP ROM. Thank for your suggestion though

Yes it does. I used method one, very simple took me about 5 minutes to do.
What sim cards can I use with a unlocked TMO HTC one s w s4 chip? I'm new to the gsm kingdom thanks!

Pretty much any carrier that uses SIM cards other than Verizon. Tmo's version will work pretty much anywhere due to the bands on board.

If you rooted with the ace hack kit, then your phone is unlocked, with t Mobile make sure you use the correct apn.
There are many auctions for HTC one s t-mobile new for great price by my opinion at eBay. If I live in another country and want to use the phone with another carrier (don't have t-mobile in my country), is it possible? What do I need to use the phone as simfree?

Lior84, use google search, there are lots of places offering to sim unlock One S phones.
It is possible to do it for free using this guide: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1693491
You will, however, need to be rooted to do this. You can root using this guide: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1583427
Can I root it without unlock it first or have a t-mobile simcard?
What will I have when I will power it on? Just want to be sure that unlock can be done even if I don't have any t-mobile simcard.

You do not need a T-Mobile SIM card for any of the operations. The phone will work without any SIM card to do the rooting. You then need a non-T-Mobile SIM when you want to do the unlock.
When you insert a non-T-Mobile SIM card it will ask for the unlock code which you get by following the first guide.

Check your CID or try a different networks sim card.
Trying a different sim was obvious, lol. I don't know anybody to have a micro sim. Cid is HTC_032...
