Hello! I've got a phone from Portugal, but it is locked in the MEO network. When I insert a SIM card it wants a code. I tried to reinstall Windows on the phone, but it still wants the code. How can I unlock this phone? (I would like a free solution, because I don't want to spend 20 euros on this phone and I don't trust people who ask my IMEI number)

Hi everyone
some one sent me a galaxy ace 3 (GT-S7275T) as a gift from australia, and now when I want to use sim card , at first booting displayes a message " Unlocked SIM PIN " My country is Iran , Please help me how to unlock this sim card, thanks

Chances are you need to request it to be unlocked by the carrier that sold it originally. Or you can check carrier unlock sites and see if they can unlock your phone. It usually costs 5 to 20 US dollars.
You could try asking in this thread, as they should know your device best....

Hi there
Thanks for your advice , I could rooted it by SRS software but I don't find any unlock software that work with this phone , and also because of my residency in Iran and some restrictions in pay dollars to carrier sites, and also I think it is impolite to send back this gift to who that did me a favour.

If paying a website for an unlock code isn't an option for you.....I'm not sure there's anything you can do.
You could post your question in the general section and see if anyone has some ideas? Found here....

Hello! I just bought the international version of the Note 4 SM-910H Unlocked from Best Buy USA. I live in Israel. I am trying to use SIM card from local operator HOT Mobile and getting notice :
Invalid SIM card
Network locked SIM card insered.
I try with few SIM cards from same provider with same message- all SIM cards working properly with iPhone 6 and Moto X devices.
Best Buy when I ask about this problem standing by own version that device they sold UNLOCKED and OK.
Dear XDA developers please help me to understand where from problem comming and who can give or responsible or how I can solve this issue

Posting your imei is not recommended in a public forum as someone could use your number for bad purposes. I would suggest you find reputable sim unlock service on the internet. I can't find anything on XDA which could help you sim unlock your device that I feel comfortable linking you to.

I got a sim-free phone Samsung Galaxy J1 SM-100H from the UK and am based in Africa. I do not know the carrier the phone is locked to as it says SIM network unlock code when I put in a local sim. How can i find out the carrier the phone is locked to? And is it possible I can unlock it online for free or for a cost? Thanks..!

Well ... you can ask the previous owner ... if available.
I guess not.
There is not much about this device/model on xda.

I bought a LG V10 T-Mobile thru buy& sell online and didn't realized that it still Network Unlocked. I cannot use it to other Network provider and I am very frustrated already. I already try using several unlocking sites but the codes for my IMEI are always cannot be calculated. I'm not sure if this unit is just a demo and cannot be unlock. I also check my IMEI number to T-Mobile IMEI Checker from their site but unable to verify my number. Done also chatting with one of T Mobile support but they cannot also help me to unlock my phone. They said I need to by a T Mobile SIM Card but it is not possible because I'm from the Philippines. There is also a note engraved to my unit saying "Not for Sale H960A Rev 1.0
Please help me if there's still a way to unlock the network of my phone.
