Go to Download Page and download the APPS you want. [Download links are in second Post]
Transfer it to phone.
Install as normal APK.

Unfortunately it's not fully translated yet. Some text-fields are still in Chinese.
Also it would be good to have an option to change the language in general.

Test it and my comment here is that this launcher consumes alot of battery and resource.maybe is because of beta stage.

For me all works fine (except for the Weather that is in Chinese)
Anyway there is a new version of the app (1.2.0 beta) that you can download on official site [emoji16]

Very cool themes, but on the minimal it does not show dates numbers in the calender widget, and the alarm icon in the statusbar, its red? no problem With the ghost , everything else, very Nice..:good:

Instruction:
1. Go to /system/etc/floating_feature.xml and change all the lines to >FALSE< like this

5. Put TouchWizHome_2016.apk of my zip here and set correct permissions (rw-r-r)
6. Go to system/priv-app/TouchWizHome_Zero/lib/arm
7. Here copy my libdrawglfunction.so and set correct permissions (rw-r-r)
8. Reboot
9. If after reboot you get crash drop down statusbar and open settings
10. Here go to app mngr and clear Cache and Data of Touchwiz Home

Why the lags are related to the hardware? You cannot say me that the animations are so hardcore, that our device can't handle it. It's only a launcher I think. Just curious.

My clock is TOTALLY working not only a icon [emoji19], if u don't know framework changes so sorry!

Depend of the performance of our gpu also the app should work without lags in an 64 bit phone

Redownload the app, the older had some issues in a smali method
Now is fixed also clear data of the app

I think no, because we have not the MM TW Weather Widget. But at the moment you have to use any other 3rd party weather widget instead. Until we get maybe a fully working MM Weather widget if possible.

Go to Download Page and download the Android N bootanimation.zip. [Download links are in second Post]
Transfer it to phone.
Place it in /system/media
Give appropriate permissions and you are good to go.

Just install it as normal apk... As far I have experienced it will install as another app with same name...

Only possible with xposed framework... Download xposed module Advance reboot menu+...

All .zip so has to be flashed in TWRP.
I've tried Album App and Weather widget and they work flawlessly
By the way Album App can cast without problems photos to tv, Google Photos brigs black screen many times to many users.

weather widget only work with sony launcher so u need to install both
u can try weather app from sony it gives same kind of widget
im using that

you must flash zip first and then install non-root apk.

Sadly, not working yet.
After flashing the zip had a full restart, cache and dalvic cleaning, but I haven't found a trace of the keyboard in "language and input" settings and did not showed up as keyboard input.
(I think i was using OxygenOS v3.2.1 back then, if it matters)
In the meantime maybe you should chek out SwiftKey, it can offer fair customization option, most of the options I've used in Xperia Keyboard are available, also gives somekind of cloud sync option.

Xperia apps didn't show up on OP3 after flashing, even after Cache n Dalvik cleaning. I'm on OxygenOS 3.2.4

Hi,
You can only install Xperia Keyboard from play if you are running a sony phone, on OnePlus 3 it does not allow to download it, showing as incompatibilble (same happens on every non-sony device - attached screenshot).
The flashable zip for the xperia keyboard seems not working, as the keyboard is not showing up at all after install (and wipe cache/dalvik)

This version you have attached works very well, although since it would require sony's own cloud sync app the dictionary sync is not working, showing an empty option.

I have been a SONY fan all my life and just switched to OP3 since a week
though i was loving the speed with OP3, I was really missing few things from SONY
really needed the Album app and Xperia Keyboard
I think the Album app is the most feature rich and user friendly gallery app any oem, big company or third party developer could make
I have used SONY since
Xperia X -> Xperia Arc -> Xperia S -> Xperia ZL -> Xperia Z1 -> Xperia Z3+
still love you SONY
i installed Sony Music player from play store. Very impressive. I still get this app for all of my devices. :good: (as i know its original name was Walkman)
