well think im done i have a locked bootloader but have TWRP on and root now im just hitting bootloop and carnt ever use mobile upgrade because it wont find it as i dont have usb debugging enabled
any help please
HI if you have TWRP installed, just go to twrp and reboot to bootloader
then connect to pc with usb open adb and fastboot and
-Then type "fastboot -i 0x1bbb devices" should show some numbers and "fastboot" after the numbers
-Type "fastboot -i 0x1bbb oem device-info" shows device info including bootloader status (e.g. locked).
-Type "fastboot -i 0x1bbb oem unlock" to unlock the bootloader; after this you should get, for device info,
-Type "fastboot -i 0x1bbb oem device-info" and you should see "Device unlocked: true"
-To reboot normally: "fastboot -i 0x1bbb reboot"

But in the twrp you have to reboot to bootloader and just use the commands in previous post if doesn't work try with mobile upgrade if doesnt't works, for me doesn't just use this guide to flash the panasonic eluga switch firmware(same as Idol 3) ,it will erase everything
1.First you need the drivers so you can get from this https://drive.google.com/folderview?...TQ&usp=sharing
2.After you installed the Drivers Press Volume UP and Volume DOWN and connect to usb to your pc
3.Go to device Manager to view the Port ,so the port can be "Android HS-USB QDLoader 9008 (COM3)"
4.Download the Panasonic Firmware Eluga and Extract (don't worry this is the same like idol 3 only name changed)https://docs.google.com/uc?id=0B01Om...DhaSFN2aVFzaVU
5. After Extract you wil find EB-90S55EWLv1009.exe so run as administrator wait to load data
6.select 6045 and in the list down you can find your phone
7.and press the button "download"
8.So process starting ..indetifying your device you will get informations about imei..rooted or no .....
9.so automatically started to flashing the firmware (my it's go to 45 % and then i get error)
10.Don't worry press the button Reboot Device
11.and your device will reboot and you will view 'the screen powered by android and then panasonic so i get message Encrypted device just click the button "reset" and automatically device will be reseted and when wil finish with reset automatically reboots and wait to first boot you will get welcome screen set up and finished.....
12.So device successfully repaired from dead

Yes if you root your device you will wont able to get any update ,but you can get with mobile ugprade ot just flash stock system and recovery and not root..
when you use the panasonic eluga switch update firmware, it also rewrites the aboot paritions and if the aboot parition has fastboot oem unlock command you can ulock it and then use mobile upgrade Q app to go to stock (it will not lock your bootloader)

as i said. Use the original panasonic eluga switch firmware exe, run it, choose 6045 device, connect your phone and let it do the thing. In cca 45-54% you see an error. It is nothing sreious, just unplug hte phone and booti it to see, that everything is allright.
Then just allow usb debugging, connect to PC and confirm connction with the PC ,then use adb reboot bootloader and then the unlock bootloader procedure.

no it flshes the complete firmware image of panasonic eluga switch, which is just rebranded idol3. with all parririons including aboot.

OK thanks worth a try see if it allowes me to unlock the bootloader will I be on a different build number once flashed
And I suppose the eluga way is more thorough then the other way
Thanks for you help
thats the only way that will allow you to unlock bootloader beside the way described in the 6039 thread (in that case you need a mbn files for your devices, which you have to find somewhere on the internet).

3-once the files are located in c:\adb go to start menu then search for cmd
4-Type in cd c:\adb then click enter
5-Type in "adb devices" it will show the connected devices it should be bunch of numbers
6-If you can't see them it means adb drivers for your device are not installed then install with adb installer

Type this "fastboot oem unlock" then press enter.(Will wipe your data so backup before you do and wait for reboot) command will show 'ok finished' with some like 0.07secs
Type this "fastboot flash recovery twrp.img" then press enter. wait it will flash then command will show 'ok finished' then disconnect and boot in to new recovery.....enjoy
Note - once u flash the recovery disconnect the phone and switch off from the fastboot then u should boot the twrp recovery first otherwise system will reflash the stock recovery...To boot in to twrp recovery command as "fastboot boot twrp.img" press enter

Hi
sorry about my poor English.
I am sure that I flashed magictricks.zip and ticked "OEM unlock"
and the phone is in fastboot mode.
And I typed in "fastboot oem unlock", it showed "Okay, finished",
then I typed in "fastboot flash recovery twrp.img", it also showed "Okay, finished".
Then nothing happen, my phone is still with stock recovery, and my data is stilled there, can someone give me a help?
I attached my cmd picture.
Thank you!
^^ I've read from other thread that right after you flashed the TWRP recovery image, you must start-up the phone in TWRP recovery first before eventually booting to Android.
I haven't unlock my phone yet though but I will once I see some custom ROMs available.

All your steps are perfectly right but once u flash the recovery disconnect the phone and switch off from the fastboot then u should boot the twrp recovery first otherwise system will reflash the stock recovery...
Do the recovery flash again and boot to twrp first...
It is not necessary that oem unlock will wipe your data so no worry.
Me too I'm waiting for available alternative roms to install twrp recovery ....I just flashed magictrick and it said that I have update the build.... Thanks sure it will be functional....

I wrote this earlier in the Bounty page for the bootloader unlock, but just so other people can see this as well, here is it in post form! This is the way to unlock bootloader on G3 so if anyone is on lollipop and is rooted, could they try it?
-- STEP 1: Remove LG Download mode (laf)
Important! You’ll need root access to remove (laf), so make sure you’ve rooted before proceeding with the steps below:
Download ADB files:
Prepare your phone:
Enable developer options: Go to your phone’s Settings » select About phone » Scroll to the bottom and tap on “Build number” seven times to enable developer options
Enable USB Debugging: Open phone’s Settings » select Developer options » Tick the “USB debugging” checkbox (under Debugging section)
Connect your phone to PC with a USB cable and if/when a pop-up screen shows up on Phone asking you to ‘Allow USB debugging?‘ for the computer, make sure you tick the checkbox and tap OK
Now type/paste the following ADB commands to backup LG Download Mode (laf), so you can restore it later when necessary
Code:
adb shell
su
dd if=/dev/block/platform/msm_sdcc.1/by-name/laf of=/sdcard/laf.img
Now run the following command to remove laf and reboot your phone
Code:
dd if=/dev/zero of=/dev/block/platform/msm_sdcc.1/by-name/laf
exit
adb reboot
Your phone will now reboot
Now to go into fastboot
adb reboot bootloader
Unlock bootloader!
fastboot oem unlock
or
fastboot flashing unlock
I took this info from original source listed below and made a few changes..
http://forum.xda-developers.com/tmobile-lg-g3/general/how-to-boot-lg-g3-fastboot-mode-t3087445
Good..but there is no fastboot in g flex 2.. Even if there was no fastboot commands would work..

My point is that the G3 also can't go into fastboot until you do this. So I just want people to see if it'll work, cause I'm on Linux and marshmallow so I can't test it. I think the G Flex 2 is more similar to the G3 than the G4 so that's why I'm asking for people to try it out
People already managed to enter fastboot, but no fastboot commands works.
I m going to try it but I need the commands to reflash download mode.
And then how do I know I succeeded?
I mean, with bootloader unlock,is there any way to flash a custom recovery to see if it works?

reflashing download mode : dd if=/sdcard/laf.img of=/dev/block/platform/msm_sdcc.1/by-name/laf
Aboot fastboot commands are all disabled.. For g3 wasnt it bump tht unlocked the bootloader?
Bt i have already tried nuking the laf and using fastboot commands many months ago..

Because the Nexus 6P is known for saying unknown command if you type fastboot oem unlock instead of fastboot flashing unlock
Try it... But dont forget to backup laf in case of failure .. I have done every possible commands new or old
Hi,
I tried this and erased the LAF. Then when you hold "Vol+" and plug-in USB cable you will see "[310] Fastboot mode started".
In Windows device manager I got "Marshall London Bootloader Interface" ... can't remember that I installed any driver but this is the LG G Flex 2.
Unfortunately it seams that there are no fastboot commads are working. I tried this with Android 5.0.1 because this was the only version I got rooted.
So this looks good to me but also it seams an dead end at the moment.
Best regards

I don't think so.
But with LAF back and started you should be able to use "LG UP" to flash a new firmware.
I can't tell you how you will be able to do that if it is not booting.

Half rooted like what? Example?
U have to download Universal ADB driver from XDA or Google it.
Firstly install adb drivers then download twrp 3.0.2 from twrp official site.
Put files in C:/adb/
Right Click + Shift on adb folder
Then choose command prompt
Open developer options
Enable OEM Unlocking
Enable USB debugging
Attach cable to phone
Phone will shows option
Tick and press OK
Goto command prompt
Commands
abd devices
It shows your device is connected or not
If device shows then type command
adb reboot bootloader
Device will be restarts and stuck on logo or it will shows fastboot mode
Type command
fastboot devices
Your device will be show here
Type command
device oem unlock
It shows message Okay
Your device is unlocked now
Type command
fastboot flash recovery twrp_jalebi.img ( ur twrp name)
Type command
fastboot reboot
Your device is unlocked now.
Now download supersu.zip and install it with twrp
Note:Flash supersu.zip is only required for lollipop version.
In marshmallow and noughat you don't need to flash supersu. If you do same then you will be got a device with bootloop.
In 6.0.1 and 7.0 the root access is already installed . you can got it from developer mode.
Hit thanks if I give you right instructions.

Huawei honor 5x kiwi L24, I can't really acces the phone so finding some information is impossible. My main issue is when I boot it's failing to verify the Boot.img , recovery.img and system.img . I don't exactly know what all information I can give you

PLEASE HELP ME!!!

I have already done that, I've tried flashing it via SP flash tool but nothing, it won't show up. I've downloaded correct drivers and done what I could but my phone shows up as Lemobile android adb interface. It sometimes shows as a disk drive as well.
When I run CMD command (fastboot flash oem info) it shows everything but the recovery.img system.img and boot.img need verification how can I verify them without the debugging bridge active on the phone.

What do you mean sir
Imgs are already verified cause they are official
And you don't need USB debug in fastboot mode
Your device is not has mtk processor so it won't work

I rooted my phone and was running xenon HD on my Huawei honor 5x, in the midst of switching ROMs I accidently targeted a TWRP recovery.img with the ROM and Gapps.
So what my phone dose now is when it powers on it an all green screen with a red box and a blue box. After a second it come up with " recovery image verify failed, please update to verified images." I can enter fastboot&rescue mode and a Huawei erecovery, but when i do try to download the recovery via WIFI it says package failure.

What happens when you try flashing through fastboot
Assuming that your bootloader is unlocked have you tried reflashing twrp?

I had unlocked my bootloader but some research I was doing says, when you accidently flash wrong images it can relock the bootloader. I lost the original bootloader code and i don't exactly have the box anymore, so getting a new code will be difficult.

(REMOTE: command not allowed)
I have already sent an email to Huawei support, just waiting on a response to see if they can give me another unlock code. If I'm unable to unlock the boot loader again with the codes, what's my options for unlocling the boot loader without Huawei's help.
This Guide is used to Unlock the Bootloader of Nokia 3 [NE1] for all the "TA" variants & also applicable on Android 7.X Nougat, Android 8.1 Oreo, Android 9.0 Pie.
Please follow the below steps carefully to unlock the handset succesfully.
First of all we need to convert our phone SN (Serial Number) to MD5 hash
For checking the SN dial *#06# OR Go to the settings > About Phone
MD5 HASH CHECKSUM
The output will be looks like
8AE2A2B4F0D939819F762798F14A4D34
Code:
fastboot oem alive
After executing this command connect the USB cable, your device will boot into Fastboot mode/Download mode.
Code:
fastboot devices
To Check wheather your devices connected or not, if connected you will find the device SN
Example: NE1GAMXXXXXXXXXX
Code:
fastboot oem key <Your MD5 hash checksum>
Input your MD5 hash checksum that you've generated by device SN
Code:
fastboot oem key 8AE2A2B4F0D939819F762798F14A4D34
Just taking as an example (How you need to put the MD5 key see above command)
Code:
fastboot flashing unlock
After executing this command you will see the warning message on the screen
Now press Volume + button to continue the unlocking process.
Code:
fastboot reboot
All Done!!
Device Bootloader Unlocked Succesfully.Required files:
Platform Tools by Google (Make sure your device got installed with adb/fastboot driver)
Nokia Driver (Required before executing the fastboot commands, otherwise the output will be NIL.

Hi, bro. I tried yesterday this method and worked for me.
Boot your phone to bootloader.
In adb/fastboot type this command: fastboot devices
Then it will show you the serial number of the device.
Copy it and go to the generator page, paste it there and now you have the key.
Now you just have to type the command: fastboot oem key "Here your MD5 hash key"
Now go further.
Now My nokia 3 Bootloader is unlocked and is showing orange state your device is unlocked and cannot be trusted and will boot in 5 sec
After that I tried to install twrp recovery it shows finished in my cmd window but when I try to boot to twrp recovery using command fastboot boot twrp.img my system doesn't boots into twrp recovery after that I tried to poweroff and boot to twrp recovery using volume and power buttons then also it doesn't boot to twrp recovery
Please give me a solution for this
Hello, your post is for TA-1032 for Android 9, I have TA-1020 Android 8.1.0, but I tried this and nothing changed, it just fails the unlock, even after I put the oem key.
You seem like you're good and you know what you're doing, can you please help me? https://forum.xda-developers.com/nokia-3/help/rooting-nokia-3-ta-1020-android-8-1-0-t4077501
Thank you so much.
It worked!
Thanks for the help. Still works in april. To clarify for others - the number that you need to put in the hash generator is the number that you get when you type *fastboot devices*.
Do you have TWRP for Nokia 3 on Pie, I got it installed on mine but when I reboot into recovery mode it's show the No Command screen. I wonder do you get TWRP on your device?

I haven't tried it yet in fear of bricking my device. What do you mean you got it installed? Can you boot into it at least once before it gets replaced with the stock recovery? Cus if you want twrp to be permanent, you need to flash root on your device. Also if you can't get it working on pie try downgrading as there are many threads for previous versions.
Not working, adb device in fastboot shows blank. nokia 3 drivers are installed, oem unlock enabled. Nokia 3 - 1032, Android 9.

I have unlocked bootloader, TWRP, Magisk & removed encryption on Android 9.0 April security patch succesufuly. I tried to flash TWRP with SP Flash Tools but it just reverts back to stock recovery with No Command screen like you said. To install TWRP, use fastboot instead with fastboot command "fastboot flash recovery twrp.img". It works. To remove encryption, first format data than flash this in TWRP: https://forum.xda-developers.com/android/software/universal-dm-verity-forceencrypt-t3817389 This also solves issue with TWRP when TWRP can't read Internal storage. After that flash Magisk. That's it.

To install twrp in Nokia 3 Android 9 pie you must patch the boot.img by rooting with Magisk... after that twrp will successfully flash in your phone...
Thanks
