Although I don't own an N7105 I've made a rom for this device cause so many users asked for it.
It is based on version 3.4.2.2 and named version 3.4

It is N4 camera, but as mentioned in OP: things that COULD be made and for now it is pure stock, nothing added yet.
Hi, thought I would just create this thread and share some different ROMs I have available for the NX503A. These ROMs require you to have a custom recovery. I recommend CWM or TWRP. All ROMs in this post do include English display language. I have not developed or made these ROMs! I have found most of these in non-English forums, and am just trying to make them easier for more people to find.

Bightness bar is bugged, the screen will blink if the bar is moved
Installation Steps
- Download the ROM and paste in the place in your SDCard or ExtSDCard
- Full Wipe (System, Data, Davik Cache, Cache)
- Go to Install and select ROM.zip and the "rom patches.zip" (if exist) then wait that finish the installation and wipe Dalvik Cache/Cache
- Reboot and enjoy (first bootup will take a while [15-20 min], so grab a cup of coffee)
