twrp on note edge - Note Edge Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hello, i have a galaxy note edge from tmobile, can somebody tell me how to install TWRP on this one? i downloaded the latest version but it comes in an image file instead of tar, so i can not flash it with Odin
the phone is with the latest cok firmware and it is not rooted.
I tried to install 2.8.4 and it boots to recovery, then once there i tried to flash the 3.0.2 image, but once i reboot the phone and try to go into recovery, it hangs in the samsung galaxy screen, it does not go into recovery.

Bricked Phone - rooted and then flashed TWRP

So basically I managed to brick my new S6. I rooted it by flashing the unibase with odin. The phone booted correctly and everything was fine. I then decided I needed a custom recovery. I used the application Flashify to flash the recovery. When the phone rebooted, it was stuck on the Samsung logo, with a red message at the stop saying "recovery is not seandroid". What do I do? I'm guessing I need to flash new files using odin but I don't know which - I'm on android 5.1.1 and my model number is SM-G920F. Any help would be appreciated.
In Odin install the .tar (or .tar.md5) files provided with TWRP (https://dl.twrp.me/zeroflte/twrp-2.8.7.2-zeroflte.img.tar.html) or PhilZ Touch Recovery (http://www.arter97.com/browse/exynos7420/recovery/11.0/g920fi/) made by arter97.
It is possible that installing TWRP again using Odin can cause the S6 going into another bootloop. My solution for that is to flash a kernel (like arter97's one or Adam Kernel) and then the phone should boot just fine.
Edit: If you will flash a custom kernel you will not need to root the phone again because these contain SuperSU and maybe Busybox.

hello everyone...i have bought galaxy s6 g920f and i decided to install twrp 2.8.7.2 on stock 5.1.1 to take a backup of stock rom before installing any other rom and after i have take the backup i pressed on reboot system and then the keep rebooting and showin (samsung galaxy s6)logo only and doesn't boot up but i can go to dowload mode and recovery...then i tried to restore the back up which i had take but now to stuck on samsung logo without restarting and when trying to enter recovery it shows (recovery is not seandroid enforcing)
It's in bootloop. Just download the image, go into download mode and flash it via Odin.

Working recovery for official Marshmallow?

Just installed the VOD Marshmallow via ODIN and tried the old TWRP 2.8.7.2 modded by Chainfire (G920F-ZPA1-TWRP.tar).
It doesn't boot to recovery just sits on the samsung logo.

CyanogenMod is not ready for daily use. You don't want to install it on S6.
Conenct your phone to PC in download mode and use "Rescue firmware" option on Smart Switch to reflash latest software.
Then, if you want to install TWRP, flash THIS TWRP via Odin after reflash firmware via Smart Switch;
http://www.arter97.com/browse/S6/kernel/13.1/g920fi/arter97-recovery-g920fi-13.1-twrp_3.0.2-0.tar.md5
After you've flashed, boot into TWRP and install this zip via TWR;
https://download.chainfire.eu/964/SuperSU/BETA-SuperSU-v2.74-2-20160519174328.zip?retrieve_file=1
Then, reboot the system.

I flashed the twrp.tar file and everything went good, even odin showed "PASS!" i can even enter to twrp, but when i power off the phone, or reboot in both ways my phone is just stuck at bootloop. I need help, i just want to install a custom rom via TWRP.
