This is my own Black Theme for Note3 SM-N900 that I would like to share with you all
****** This Modified System Apks are compatible with Dr.Ketan L24 Rom and I'm not responsible for using on other Rom ( But you can try them with a backup of your Rom on hand in case there were any problem) ********
New Black theme for latest Sieuan ROM is now available.

**Just replace these files with original in Root Explorer and set the permissions like the original files and restart your phone
**Notice: I used Dr.Ketan L24 Rom without any Mods from its installation, So if you face any app FC just intall the rom without any Mods and then apply files here**

Yes, my way is invert background and text color of Light theme, so some 3rd apps maybe get the issue black text on black background or white text on white background. I've upload my file here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/gal...xed-151227-t3308668/post66781256#post66781256

At my first try I did your way, but as you mentioned it effect some 3rd party apps in very disturbing way, so I decide to create my black theme without touching framework's white theme as much as possible
By the way I installed your recent Rom that you suggested above and I have to say, Well Done:good::good::good:
Its performance and utilities is amazing
So I decided to build a black Theme for this one as well
I'm working on it and I will upload it here and your thread in less than 48hrs if nothing goes wrong I hope:laugh::laugh:
So far I finished "SecSettings" , "framework-res" , "twframework-res" , "SecMediaProvider" and "SecContacts_Phone_OSup"

Installed the theme, and it's looking great :good:
I have combined it with Wanam Xposed, I now nearly got rid of all the Samsung green (not my favorite colour)
I will play with it some more get back to you in more detail later.

I noticed that phone and contacts seems to open fast after installing this mod. I dont know and Im not sure but I havent installed any mod after this.

I have been playing a bit more with the theme and loving it.
I have 2 request:
I made this earlier but I would love to see the bottom 3 icons on the cal screen themed. My suggestion would be to all make them grey/white or all the blue tint like the most right icon is now.
If possible theme the rings on the the pattern lockscreen to match
the rest of the theme.

Which MOD I added
First If your ROM has ability to choose signal icon in 4 5 6 bars or use wanam module that can choose this option , You can select 3 styles of signal icon.
Next I change background of setting app and other to be the image that can replace it in future which wiima theme do it already.
The third MOD is my important MOD in this theme. It is my friend's name @gharrington work. 3MINIT battery MOD. and quick launcher.He kindly make it work for me before some situation you know.Now he let me to share with my users.
The last is @Carotix full caller ID This MOD I will add later.Carotix let me to theme and release also.
Property And Sharing
As I said above . This 3minit MOD is the work that gary make for me and let me share to my theme users.It's not the one he share in his thread Then You should know and agree with my rules.
For users... you can use this MOD in my theme and please always remind that the property right is still full belongs to @gharrington .
For DEV. and Themer...Please don't extract all or parts of this MOD to your ROM or THEME. Because It is prohibited.I don't let you all to do that . I share my theme for users and this is part of my theme. If you want to use you should ask gary (if you can find him ) or me. If have permission I will send the MOD not themed to you.

First I lower buttons to prevent overlapping beautiful face of my wife Thank to @kittipong10 my THAI friend for guiding me.
Next enlarge dialpad incall for better look.
Last and very proud is change call animation to spinning s4 . This MOD. I use helping of my great friend @gharrington to add more image from 5 in 4 out to 16 in 16 out image . Then it very smooth playing. Thank you GARY

I am on alpha 10.2 but it is a mi1 based rom, I am also on 3minit 3.5 donate and all is perfect.

With rom already setup and 3minit setup as well, you down load files and install through recovery and done. (Make sure you back up first just in case)

Thank mate . As I said in op this theme is make to app outside 3minit so you can flash with no problem and I think that you can use both before and after 3minit .

I do not speak for the dev but I think the answer will be "not in this thread".
The gap that existed between 4.2.x and 4.3 was kid play compared to the one between 4.3 and KitKat. Huge png's changes are leeding themers to redo all the source from scratch.
But it's just my thought.

And, if you permit, I would like to suggest removing from '\META-INF\com\google\android\updater-script' all those ui_print lines, in the middle of the script, that mention another guy.

but in part 9500 with Odex have report from somebody that found problem wifi is cannot open
therefore I not confirm

Hi -Koze-
As you are ONLY dealing with PNG's replacements it's technically impossible to harm any device. The reports should be verified with clean install and known procedures.
When the time come, shortly I hope, to start modding xml's there will be the time to be careful with these kind of issues.
Just an last question that had already been made by @cuite_zhangh ... Are you decompiling and recompiling (using apktool or so) all those .9.png's ? Because from my own mistakes plainly stated here, that wi-fi thing may be happen to you for the same reasons.
Be welcome to if any advise needed.

One more suggestion, one thing the theme badly misses is the tw dialog divider line, since tw theme dosent supports dialo box divider why not try embed it on tw dialog middle png ? , if i get some time ill try to make it for u

AWESOME man!! Amazing theme, minimalist but looks elegant here. And good point is my wifi still working. Just find some glitch on notification toggle, i see green icon appear between i turn off/on the button. And i agree with @bela_gamer, maybe you can change the scrolling effect, with glowing effect or anything better. This one looks good but should be better and smoother fade effect.

How to install manually:
Make sure you have a folder named "overlay" in /system/vendor. If there isn't, create it giving 0755 permissions.

Is written in the OP: "it should work on all samsung lollipop devices". Imperium 16.1 is still Kitkat 4.4.2, it's normal that it doesn't work

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:
Rooted devices:
Install attached apk. With your root file manager go to data/overlays/preference, delete all files in that folder. Then go to data/overlays/jsonfiles and transfer the files from the trialjson folder to the userjson folder. Reboot and apply the theme.
Non rooted devices:

Looks amazing, one of the most beautiful themes i've seen, not the same on MM as for you on Nougat, but still nice. Cant wait to try it on Nougat

Samsung should accept you as a partner. This is 10 times better and more professional than the themes in the theme store. I wish you got a partnership and released such themes. I use light themes but this is definitely great.
Edit: by the way do you know any secure disabler apk? I don't know which site to trust.

Thank you for your kind words. I am busy with my work these days, but will definetly try to become Samsung themer, why not ? And I don't really know about any disabler app, I am rooted and I am using the first solution for theme to work. Sorry.

I am on echoe v3, it has a 3 minit clock so you can set it there.

Thank you. I used blue because there are some things that I still can't change on Nougat and those things are blue I will make more themes in time and I will try to respond to most of the user requests.
Brilliant themes shame can't buy them only trial version.
I'm on nougat and themes look great.
