[Completed] htc one m8 think i soft bricked

i wanted to update from cm 11 to cm13 and in order to do this i thought it might be a good idea to update my twrp. so i installed the twrp update app, dl the update and attempted booting to recovery. it gave me the htc boot screen and said at the top "entering recovery", but it never did. after about 5 min of waiting i shut phone off and attempted to enter recovery manually. did now work. now when i turn phone on it refuses to leave the htc boot screen and if i enter bootloader i can enter hboot or fastboot and turn off but nothing else. i tried to flash twrp from fastboot but phone is not connecting to pc via usb. phone is in fastboot mode, i plug it in, nothing. adb and fastboot is setup on my pc from when i rooted a while back. any suggestions on what to do? btw i dont think debugging is turned on but not sure. didnt know this was going to end up being a giant debacle. usually updates have gone pretty smoothly.

[Completed] Unlocking Bootloader

I tried to unlock the bootloader of my phone. I went to fastboot mode , connected my phone to my PC and typed ' fastboot oem unlock ' . Then I got a confirmation message on my phone and I pressed volume up button ( as it stands for 'Yes, unlock bootloader') . After that I got no response from my phone or PC . I think it's kinda stuck there. I waited for half an hour and pressed that button many times but still response. Please help me out with this one.?

[Completed] Help : Moto g 2nd gen stuck

today i unlocked my boot loader on my device and it seems there is nothing on there. Then it locked itself. I know my personal files have been deleted which is fine, but i think the os has been deleted and the only thing i can do is go into boot loader. It has the options like normal powerup and and recovery and when you select them, the screen goes black for a second and goes straight back to the bootloader. please help. to unlock it again, it says i need to go back to settings and select unlock oem device but i dont think i have an os on the device to boot to.

EDIT:
I turned it off and back on again into bootloader. The message "fastboot reason: fall-through from normal boot mode" now when i select an option like normal powerup or recovery, it flashes for a split second to the bootloader unlock warning and back to bootloader. then it comes up with "failed to validate system image" "boot up failed".

[Completed] ZTE Blade S6 - phone displays a blank screen after selecting bootloader

Hello everyone,
Many thanks for taking the time to read about my problem. I have a ZTE Blade S6 phone and for some reason, it does not bootup properly. I would like to know if it is possible to use ADB commands to copy files from it? Also, what drivers am I missing?
This is the current situation - When I power it on, the ZTE logo shows up with a white background and it is stuck on that forever, I have let it stay that for more than 8 hours and no luck. Have tried the following already:
1. Volume+ and Power button to load into "recovery" mode and tried to wipe cache partition and reset to factot reset - No change and the problem still remains
2. Tried selecting the "bootloader" option, and the screen goes blank. However, on Windows PC it does detect a usb device however I am not sure if it is supposed to show as "Kedacom USB Device" - "Android Bootloader Interface". I tried another Samsung Android device and it does show up on the devices list under the "Android" section.
Could you please help me to restore the Official ROM so that my phone can be used again? ADB command does not seem to detect the device and so I am not sure what I am doing wrong. It will be really helpful to get some advice. Thanks again.

[Completed] Nexus 5x bootloader "locks itself"

Whenever i unlock the bootloader on my Nexus, the bootloader shows that it is unlocked, then i boot up, that error message from google comes up, than the normal bootscreen. When i boot into bootloader again it is locked again.
