WELCOME TO ELITE KERNELS!
Our main goal behind building these kernels is to create a setup that gives a balance between performance and battery life without straying too far from stock. We like to have our cake and eat it too. Our kernels include performance, memory, and scheduling tweaks that enables your phone to come to the party when you are hammering down on it and need performance ASAP, and to go to sleep faster than a basset hound on a warm summer day. We put these kernels together mainly for our own use; so what we release is what we personally use. We hope you enjoy them too!

Sweep left 2 sleep
Doubletap 2 wake
CFQ IO scheduler with 1536 read ahead
If you want to change anything you can open up /system/elite/Elite.sh and save and execute (or use your favorite control app). Current method for N Preview has script in /system/su.d/Elite.sh

I'm on chroma, everything is working fine here except for the voltage control. When I try to change a value in ex kernel manager nothing changes

Just flashed this. Don't seem to have any issues with the kernel. Just waiting for overclocking capability. I am sure it will come soon. Just glad somebody stepped up with a custom kernel for stock 4.4.2 based roms. Thanks dr87!

well then don't lower voltage
stock 4.4 seems to be more sensitive to voltage changes than 4.2, its the new kernel changes (not mine, LG's)
I dropped my voltage by -25 and I am not having any problems.

Great kernel. Can't wait for overclocking capability. I know it will be coming soon.
Just out of curiosity, why do your Runqueue Thresholds for Bricked msm_mpdecision differ so greatly from what showp1394 implemented on the Nexus 5? With an almost identical SoC, wouldn't we want to stay closer to those values?

The chips aren't almost identical, they ARE identical
Secondly our thresholds are exactly the same, I just double checked both sources. Not sure where you see otherwise.

Yeah, I found that the Bluetooth app had been holding wakelocks even when off. Force closed the app so hopefully that sorts my idle usage. I got the other numbers from his XDA threads, but those values may very well have been carry over from the Nexus 4 configuration.
FYI, here is what I am referring to:
Hammerhead - http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=47399641&postcount=2
Mako - http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=35667484&postcount=2
Weird, right? I wonder why he threw those particular numbers out there for Hammerhead when his source is different.

First off, thanks for making a kernel with that feature. I certainly enjoy fooling with MultiROM and that's a requirement for the host ROM.
At the same time, I don't know that the kernel posted is successful. I flashed the CodeCraft-M8_PH-kexec-hardboot.zip posted in the OP on my device running Santod's latest NuSense build. Using the MultiROM Manager, it states that the kernel does not have the kexec-hardboot patch.
I can't say I have high proficiency with MultiROM or what this specific kernel feature is otherwise, so let me know if there is a specific log that it would be useful for me to attach. I wasn't sure if a logcat would say much in this instance.

Not sure what is up with the download counter, but yes, I've tried that copy as well. Screenshot is attached of the feedback I get from the MultiROM Manager program (and yes, I know I didn't install the main MultiROM file yet. This still works for detecting kernel ability, or it has in previous builds). Please let me know if there is any other log source I can provide.
Well I got it working and new zip is uploaded

Thanks for the information. I'm sure 'beginners/noobs' will appreciate knowing they cannot flash this kernel with twrp. Why? There is no twrp for the Pixel 4 XL, yet.?
how to flash it without twrp?

You're using the EX Kernel Manager app?
Hey @flar2 good to see you have the P4. Does the zip maintain root?

Safetfynet still doesn't pass after flashing. Please incorporate this into the rom

SafetyNet passes just fine. This is a kernel, not a rom.
Edit: the kernel will not make your phone pass SafetyNet. It's not what is for.
Btw I forgot to backup stock kernel, did anyone back it up that can share it?

Works great. Any plans to have sweep2sleep?
Thanks
Thanks for your Work <3
Installed and working perfectly so far. Nothing really to report as way to soon for that.
Thanks for the great work!

Awesome, I'd been eagerly but patiently waiting. Will other commonly baked-in Elementalx features (like sweep to sleep) come to this with time?
I will add sweep2sleep. I wasn't sure if people still used it due to the change to gesture navigation

That's not a kernel thing, but you can use Button Mapper for that

I just got your app and it looks great !, but unfortunately there are no options for double-tap or long press for the fingerprint-sensor
